  When Eddie arrived at school he saw everyone but Richie. Eddie's stomach dropped, he remembered where he had seen the tattoo. He had seen it on Richie, meaning he was Richie's soulmate. He suddenly felt like he was going to puke from being nervous for Richie's reaction. Eddie wondered what Richie would think, they had kissed but Richie could have changed his mind. Will this mess up our friendship? Will he hate me because of it? Am I going to lose my best friend and soulmate? Eddie thought. His mind automatically went the worse case scenario. There was one thought in the back of his mind. This won't change anything stop being an idiot he loves you and you love him. Eddie didn't believe the voice in the back of his mind. He doesn't love me and all this is going to ruin our 14 year friendship, and then I'll have no one to tell my secrets to and no one to help me with homework. I love him but I know he doesn't love me back. Why would he love me? I'm going to have no one to talk to or joke around with. All because of a stupid tattoo.
