Okay, so some of y'all may know how I love baseball! I started about three years ago around the time of my first knee surgery. The first player I ever watched was Corbin Martin. "A right handed pitcher from Texas A&M" as they said when he got drafted to the Houston Astros in 2017. I also follow Brendan McKay and Kramer Robertson but that is for another rant. On Mother's Day, Corbin made is MLB day debut in a game against the white socks. I cried when I heard this two days ago (May 28th when a game against the Cubs was played) I got a notification from ESPN and it said cubs vs Astros was starting and it always says the starting pitchers. When I saw Corbin's name, I'm not gonna lie to y'all, I started to cry and scream and jump all around and my sister thought that there was something wrong with me. And I turned on the game ( and since we were recording it, I got to go back to the first 15 minutes I missed). I was sooo nervous for Corbin and just getting to see him play for the first time in two years and now I'm the big leagues made all the difference. And let just tell you, when they pulled him out of the game I was pissed. I had to go and walk it off. But nonetheless, I am so happy and grateful that I got the chance to see him play again.
