the bus is gonna leave!"
my classmate, hoseok-hyung
calls out from outside
the bathroom.
it was 5:42 in the afternoon
and everyone was getting ready
to go home.
students would leave early
and some would stay
inside the school to
finish their projects and paperwork.
"im coming!" i zip my zipper up
and unlocked the bathroom door,
heading outside
along with hoseok.
hopping into the bus,
i stood near the doors and started high-fiving the other students
coming in.
you were the last person to come in.
