2 Sacrifice

I growled as I spotted a girl tied to a pole just outside the village. My gold eyes flickered with hate. I padded over to the girl, the screams of fear were tuned out as I puzzled her face. She looked at me with wide eyes. Her face was covered with makeup but I could see the bruises on her arms and legs.
So they've resorted to sacrifices. I thought. I huffed and walked around the pole.
"Please don't eat me." She whispered. "I- I can't leave them all behind like this."
I ignored her tears as I licked her hands, pinpointing exactly where the ropes were. She started crying harder when she felt my teeth.
Suddenly something landed beside me and I was launched across the clearing. I let out a painful yelp as I crashed into a tree.
"Yona!"
The girl collapsed when she saw the blue and green haired boys standing beside her.
I pulled myself to my feet. Stupid. Why wouldn't they hurt you. Haven't you learned? I snapped at myself. I growled lowly as my side stung.
I glared as the green haired male stalked towards me.
"Jaeha wait! The wolf helped me! It chewed through the ropes!" Yona yelled. When the males turned to look at her I raced towards the village. My side stung like hell, the jerk probably broke one of my ribs.
I've sheltered, protected, and respected these stupid villagers. In return they gave me and food every night. I only killed the people who attempted to kill me or them. And the thanks I get is a teary eyed girl tied to a pole! I will not forgive that!
