Jazzalil: We got work to do

1st Person view: Zazzalils P.O.V

Just informing there is swearing in this.

Note: Italics = Singing

We worked yesterday, and the day before that, oh and the day before that! I tell Jemilla, just wanting to have fun for one day. "We got work to do." She told all of our tribe as if we didn't already know. She acts as if I am stupid and it really annoys me! She just does not understand! So I am going to try and shiw her, the only way I know how- through song and dance!

I don't really wanna do the work today, I don't really wanna do the work today.

"What? What's this?" Jemilla asked obviously confused and annoyed that I did not listen to her. The fact she is annoyed at me makes me very happy.

Uh-Oh.

Everyone else started to join in with me, dancing and all! I like the feeling of them listening to me, I guess this is how Jemilla feels, but still she takes advantage of her title. Yeah. Thats why. She does not listen to any of my ideas, not even the good ones!

"How do you guys all know this dance?" I am really pissing her off right now, and it is fucking hilarious. I started singing on my own again, with everyone else singing in the background,

Just figured out how to move, how to sing, how to groove, And now your tellin' me I gotta work today.

"Keeri, did you choreograph all of this and teach everyone? Where was I?"

Oooooh she is so fucking mad I cant wait to see holw she sorts this shit out this time! Hahhahahhahahahah!

You know that feeling, when you find the thing that blows your mind. And the next thing you know, They wanna take it away.

Wow this shit I'm singing is far too real for my liking...
"Okay, I amm not trying to take anything away, I'm just... telling you not to do something."
Ha yeah right J-mills you're not fooling me- Then the tribe starts sining with Schwoopsie and Emberly on back up.

Yeah, but you heard what Jemilla said! (I know, I know, I know...)
You gotta work to get ahead!
(Our people have to grow)

Then we all sang as one (minus Jemilla obviously. Who might I add looks even more pissed at me!)

We gotta harness our pride.
"Thank you!"
And keep it up to survive.
"Thank you!"

But then the strangest thing happend, SHE FUCKING GAVE IN AND STARTED SINGING! THIS IS A FUCKING FIRST! OH, YES, I AM GOINING TO WIN THIS ONE!

"Alright now listen girls, let me reiterate, I know it's hard to work with no play,"

We all moved to the sides so now Jemilla is in the middle of us all.

"I hope we all understand the importance of what we do, and know how this world is full of obstacles we've gotta work through."

She then one-uped herself and started to fucking dance! All prey to the the almighty duck this lasts! I have not seen her like this since we were young!

"We got so much to do already, you and me have made discoveries, that have hellped our kind in so many ways."

Everyone, as surprised as me towards my kind of enemy, cheers her on by saying things like "Ayy Jemilla!" But then she unsurprisingly stopped singing and dancing to tell us
"Alright, but seriously though, guys we dont have time for this. We've gotta wrap it up right now!"
She is such a buzz- OMG SHE IS DOING IT AGAIN! SHE IS HAVING FUN! DANCING!

"I hope you're felling proud, we're breaking through the shroud of mystery, and our history's growin' every day!"

We are all sitting on the ground watching our leader sing and dance when Emberly comes and says
"Aww, come on Jemilla, you know we're just messing with ya!"
Causing J-mills to go off to the side, to my dissapointment... I mean, errr, uhhm, nothing!

Emberly then started sining:

"I've tje best job, 'cause I'm in charge of food. I gotta eat everything..."

I zoned out of the song, ending up just staring at Jemilla, I haven't seen her this happy and care-free scine we were kids, running around and just having fun together. I miss this Jemilla, it's one of the reasons we are like we are now, because she changed.

I zone back in when I see Jemilla walk over to Duckers, who is shouting about spirits again. (Eye roll.)

After a minute of J-mills trying to calm down Duckers, he finally calms down and goes back to the side, leaving Jemilla in the middle again, where she belongs, having fun with her friends.

"Alright guys, we're going to be fine. Listen."
"So many wonderous things here for our kind, a world of tools and knowledge left to find- And I hope to bring you there..."

Of course she is back to the whole 'leader' thing. She cant just have a day of fun, like when Molag was still leader. (Inward sigh.)

"Because you know how much I care."
Not enough to let us rest though is it? But why do I still wish she cared about me like she says she does? What are these feelings inside of me? Inside my heart?

She started to walk towards Emberly singing. "So, we'll join each other, hand in hand..." She took Emberlys hand and started walking to the center, dropping her hand when she gets there and started walking directly towards me singing. "And try to help ourselves understand," She then proceeded totake my hand, pull me up from the floor and took me next to her in the center with her still singing. "This world is what we make of it!"

And she let go of my hand, which actually made me sad? Lonely? I dont know but I sure as fuck wont let it show.

She raised her hands as she sang "Together!"

Ah fuck, I think she noticed as she grabbed my hand again, after lowering them and continued singing, but now everyone was in the center and we were all swaying at the same rhythm.

"This is dawn, the dawn of our time. We are man-kind, with the gift of a greater mind."

And then we all started singing the end of the song together, as one.

This is the dawn, the dawn of our time. We are woman-kind, with the gift of a stronger mind.

We all continued to hum and dance as J-mills talked to Emberly about food, and Smelly-balls about grass. But we had already started to wonder off at that point towards where we would be doing our jobs.

And all I can think about is the weird feeling I get whenever I am around J-mills...

Maybe I should talk to Keeri about it? She is always able to help me make sence of things before...

Yeah I'm going to do that.
