Chapter 1: Welcome back! [Present time]
Kathryn's POV
He was standing a few meters away from me. Gusto kong lumapit pero hindi ko magawa. Ito ang pinaka cliche na moment sa buhay ko eh. Gusto mong lumapit pero hindi mo magawa dahil masasaktan ka.
“Leave me alone from now on.”
“I can’t. You're my bestfriend right?” napatakbo ako sabay niyakap siya patalikod. Ano ba ang problema niya? Why is he doing this to me? Ano ba ang ginawa ko sa kanya para tratuhin niya ako ng ganito?
Pero nagulat ako, bigla niya akong tinulak kaya napaupo ako sa sahig. Ang sakit, nakakainis.
"Just leave me alone at mas lalong hindi kita bestfriend!" sabi niya sa akin then walked away. Iyun lang ang ginawa niya sa akin, he walked away. Walked away, just like that.
Then tears started to fall from my eyes.
How could he do this to me?
What happened to him, my Bestfriend?

“AHH!”
“Oh, bakit Kath?” tanong ni Mama sa akin.
“Ah w-wala po. Bad dream lang.”
But it looks so real.
“Ah, o'sige na. Huwag ka na matulog malapit na tayo mag-land.”
