Gray sighed as he sat by a nearby tree. The cool breeze ruffling his dark locks as he looked up at the dazzling stars in the pitch black moonlight. He looked at his arm, covered in markings from his demon slaying magic. He hated these markings. They would always remind him of the cruel darkness, pain, regret, and sorrow. He than remembered his master Ur, and what she had said before she sacrificed herself to defeat a demon named Deliora; "I have freed you from the darkness" That one sentence. It gave him hope, but also great sadness. Tears rolled from his face as those memories slowly faded away and came to an end.
Gray than heard a voice beside him. He looked up to be met with the familiar pink spiky hair of his boyfriend, Natsu. Natsu sat beside the ice mage, slowly wrapping his warm arms around Gray's shivering body. Gray tried his best to quickly get rid of his tears but his emotions got the better of him and he sat there crying in the dragon's slayer's warm embrace. "Gray, I don't want to see you like this. If there is something bothering you please tell me." The dragon slayer said gently, looking into Gray's eyes for a moment before waiting for the ice mage to respond. He didn't respond.
There were low but harsh sobs coming from the raven hair teen as his gaze rested on Natsu for merely a second before he dug his face into Natsu's chest. "D-Do you still... l-love me?" Gray finally replied his voice so soft that only Natsu's ears could pick up. "Of course i still love you Ice Princess!" Natsu snapped. The two finally split a part as Gray began to finally wipe away his tears. Gray looked at Natsu nervously before trembling, "E-Even with t-these markings, y-you still l-love me?" He asked, his whole body shaking as he lifted up his shirt sleeve to reveal the markings of his magic. Natsu grabbed Gray's waist and pulled him in for a kiss. Their lips and body's collided. The two fought for dominance with Natsu letting Gray win easily. When the two parted for breath Natsu said with a smile "I will love you forever Gray".
