This happened maybe an hour ago. I was sitting in my dining room eating dinner and watching YouTube on my phone, when I saw someone out the corner of my eye. Looking up, nothing was there.
This time, I don't know who it was. It looked like Russia cause of the tan jacket, but then again Canada has the same color jacket.

I need some sleep. That might solve things.
