Getting back

No one P.O.V

They are heading back to Katolis and it started to get dark so they found and abandoned cabin to stay in "I can't wait to get back, but does this mean you're going back to Xadia?" Callum asks with a small frown while looking at Rayla.

"well it's up to Ezran if I can stay" Rayla says and Ez looks at her and smiles while holding Bait "of course you can stay you're my friend" Ezran says smiling.

They talk for awhile then go to bed each sleeping in a different bed bait sleeping with Ez when they wake up Ez was still asleep with Bait "we can start going again when he wakes up" Rayla says and Callum nods.

Callum smiles "we never really get to talk just us we've been so busy getting Zym back" Callum says then Rayla nods "yeah it's nice" they sit on the couch and talk for awhile.

They end up sitting very close to each other then Ez wakes up and they relies they're so close and blush a bit then they get ready and start going again then they stop for food with some money that they found in the cabin.

'Is it bad that we stole money from the cabin? No it's fine we need it and the cabin was abandoned' Callum thought as he shook his head.

When they finish their food they continue to walk "That food was good, we haven't been able to eat food like that for awhile" Ezran says and smiles "yeah it was nice" Rayla says and looks at Ez she pats his head Callum looks at them as he smiles.

They get back to Katolis and go in the castle some people who work in the castle go help Ez with being king and that leaves Callum and Rayla alone.

"I'm sorry about not telling you guys about your father as soon as I knew" she looks down then Callum looks at her and hugs her "it's ok it's ok I kinda knew he was gone or he was gonna be gone when we got back" he says. She smile a bit and hugs him back nuzzling into his shoulder.
