Toothless showed himself to Spitfire, and she cocked her head in curiosity. Toothless smiled and jumped around her in circles.
She looked just like Toothless, except she had both of her tail fins, and she had grey stripes on her wings and body. And when she shot a plasma blast playfully in the air, it wasn't purple like Toothless'.
It was green.
Toothless shot a plasma blast at her and she dodged it.
And when she did, I could see that she had rips in her wings. Did Monica do that?
Spitfire jumped around Toothless like he did to her, and she pounced on him.
Then I remembered.
"Hiccup!" I ran to him and picked him up, placing him on Stormfly's back. He was still warm, but not as warm as he was when he was struck by lightning. I grabbed my axe and mounted on her.
"Where are you going?" Monica asked.
"He's still warm. We still have a chance of saving him. And I'm not going to give up, not yet."
Yet.
