(Susan's POV)
Yawning, I opened my 'eyes' as I sat up, stretching my bones.
Looking around, I noticed I was in my bedroom.
What?
How'd I get here? I fell asleep in my grave... Didn't I?
"Goodmorning Susan!" Megan said as she jumped on my bed
"How'd I get here? You locked me out this morning..." I said as I got out of bed
"What? Hah, I wouldn't do anything like that..." Megan laughed as she too got off my bed.
"I don't think I would dream about being locked outside in the cold morning, it was too real" I said as I narrowed my eyes at her in doubt.
"It's not like you can control your dreams. Once I dreamt I was at this water park and I went on all the slides/rides. That seemed pretty real." Megan said as she started brushing her red, yarn-like hair
"Ok, I guess it was just a dream."
Hah, I knew better than that. Im not stupid, Megan. She obviously brought me here when I fell asleep... Wait, where is Cheyenne?!
"I think I'm gonna go see Cheyenne" I said as I pointed to the door
"No, wait!" Megan stopped me, I
Eyed her suspiciously.
"Um, we have to let her get ready for our party. Speaking of which, we should get ready too!"
"Okay." I said as I began brushing out my hair as well.
I wonder how she knew I was in my grave though... Did she follow me, or just go looking for me and happened to check there?
Either way, I'm not stopping my plan...
We soon both got dressed out of our pyjamas and into some simple dresses. Mine was long sleeved and ended at my knees, it had a white and black pinstripe pattern and black laced sleeves. Around my waist was a black stretchy belt with a pumpkin clip almost at my side.
Megan's dress was a little similar to mine, it was the same length and had the same black laced sleeves, but her dress was black with a white spider web design and on her black belt was a spider off to the side. I guess you could say we dressed similar most of the time, but hey, we're twins.
"Guys! Are you ready?" Jake called from the other side of the door as he knocked on it
"Just a sec!" I said back as I tied a dark grey bow around a small section of my hair, Megan did the same to hers
"Alright" Megan said as she opened the door.
Jake stood there, his eyes somewhat narrowed and a small frown upon his skeletal face.
"Mom made me wear this..." He mumbled as he gestured to his outfit
I peeked over Megan's shoulder to see what he was wearing, and I tried to hold back a laugh
He was wearing a pinstripe tuxedo, black shoes that had a slight heel, and a bat bowtie.
"You look just like dad!" I laughed
"I know..." He muttered
"Let's go, they're probably waiting for us out there" Megan said as she dragged us both down the seemingly endless flights of stairs and out of the house.
"So... Is this supposed to be a surprise party or something?" I asked as I looked around Town Square, I was the first one to leave the house, followed by Jake
"Why do you say that?" Megan asked as she pushed open the gate that separated our yard and town square
"It looks like the town was abandoned" Jake spoke up

"They must be some really good hiders..." Megan said as we walked around more
We were currently looking around the graveyard, but not a soul could be seen or heard. We've had to been looking for about an hour now. Not even Zero was in his dog house grave, and that was strange.
"Susan, you go check the pumpkin patch. Megan, you go check th-" Jake started but was cut off by deep, evil laughter booming throughout the graveyard
"W-What was that??" Megan asked, a hint if fear noticeable on her pale face
"I don't k-know" I replied with the same expression
"U-uh guys? It sounded like it came from that direction..."
Jake said as he pointed
I looked to where he pointed. There in the distance was Oogie Boogie's lair.
