Chapter 17- Honeymoon Part 1

Start from the beginning

"Where do you want to go, Saba? He asked her while paying for the breakfast.

"I think Pindi Point will be a good decision." Hesitation was in her tone
with a glint in her orbs.

He nodded his head, and they decided to set off for Pindi Point.

Pindi Point was half an hour's walk away, and this element was the most

exciting one about this place. Walking on the roads of Murree, seeing small stalls around the place, watching different tourists walking on the roads of Murree, and the green mountains in the background made this trip magical.

In Pindi Point, different horses were standing, waiting for someone to
ride on them. They both sat on the bench present on the side of the road
and started seeing people coming and going through the road.

A lot of couples seemed to be on their honeymoon as a lot of girls were
wearing heavy dresses. There is a large population of Asian countries
who love heavily embroidered dresses, heavy jewellery, and makeup on every occasion and place. Saba was not in that population as she

preferred to dress according to the event and place to give herself a mature and decent look.

At that moment, her gaze was on a couple who were sitting on the bench

on the other side of the road and were chatting and laughing together.

Their hands were interlinked, and happiness was dancing on their faces.

Their carelessness and interlocked hands caused a void in her heart.

Her gaze involuntarily went toward the space present between her and Sahir.

They were sitting on the corners of a bench, and there was a huge space in between them. All the excitement vanished from her being, and bitterness started filling her being.

Sahir's mobile rang at which her gaze went toward him.

"Yes, mom.... Yes, it is enjoyable...... Ok, I will send it to you after some minutes. "

Sahir said these sentences in a three-minute call. After hanging out, he turned toward her.

"Mom wants our pictures. " Sahir said with irritation in his tone, at which
she sighed and nodded her head.

They both stood and took some individual pictures of each other. After taking some snaps, their couple's picture only remained.

Standing there, they didn't know which one to say to anyone else. So
they had to take selfies. They both came near each other for the picture.

Again that magical moment occurred and it was full of fragrance. And then the click of a picture. They immediately made a distance between themselves and avoided eye contact for some time.

.........................

After that, they remained on the mall road till evening. Saba became
tired so she asked him to go back to the hotel.

And this is what Sahir was dreading!

Walking toward the hotel, his steps were getting heavy and tension was
building in his mind.

"Saba, I am sitting on the poolside. You go and take a rest in the room"

He said after reaching the hotel.

"You don't want to go in the room? " she asked with hesitation.

"No," He said sternly.

"Ok! I will also stay with you. I don't want to go in the room because alone I will become afraid" Saba said in a low voice at which he took a deep sigh.

They were sitting near the pool when Sahir was sending his pictures to his mom. While scrolling through the pictures, he stopped on their selfie.

Fake smiles were on their face but a slight blush was also present on
Saba's face.

His gaze involuntarily went toward her who was sitting in front of him
while her gaze was focused on the pool.

Gazing at the lost beauty in front of him, the ice started melting from his
thoughts, and a small smile came to his lips. He again turned his gaze

toward the selfie which had some fake but some real feelings in it.

Ice from Sahir's heart melted a bit by seeing this picture.

...........................

They both entered the room after having their dinner with tired
expressions and in need of good sleep.

Sahir went into the washroom and Saba sat on the chair. That was the moment when she realized that there was no couch in the room.

Rummaging her gaze on every nook of the room, her heart skipped a beat.

"Oh!" A slight oh erupted from her lips as she gazed around the place with a tense expression.

Sahir came out of the washroom and saw her tense expression. He knew she had known how their night would spend. Ignoring her posture,
he went toward the bed to lie down there.

Saba remained seated on the chair, waiting for him to say anything. But
there was utter silence.

She stood from her place to change her clothes. After coming out of the
washroom, she again moved her eyes all over the room and then again
looked toward Sahir who was leaning against the headboard and her
eyes were on the mobile.

Helplessness and embarrassment were in her expressions. She again
went toward the chair and sat there. With each passing minute, different
negative thoughts were running through her mind.

Sahir gazed at her anxious and tense expressions and decided to break
the ice.

"It's ok Saba. We can manage on one bed. You don't have to take
tension. " Sahir's polite voice echoed into the room at which her gaze went toward him.

"Switch off the light and lay on your side." He said while laying on the bed.

She switched off the light but a faint street light was illuminating the
room. She hesitantly and slowly lay on the bed. And immediately
covered herself with a duvet, keeping her face away from Sahir.

She quickly closed her eyes and tried to sleep. She just wanted to escape from the situation. And after some effort, she succeeded in it.
Sahir was also trying to sleep. But after much effort, he was not successful. He changed his side and turned toward Saba. She was
sleeping and in her sleep, she had also changed her side.

Now Sahir can see her sleepy face. She looked so innocent in her sleep that Sahir's gaze stopped on her face.

For the first time, he had seen Saba with such closeness. Her small nose, pink lips, her fair complexion, and innocence on her face made her

an attractive girl. His hand urged to touch his expressions but he rejected the desire and again turned his back toward her.

The next morning, Saba's eyes opened at Fajr time. Azan's voice was resonating in the room when she came out of her slumber.

The first thing she saw was Sahir's face which was close to her. Her eyes rounded and she quickly rose.

But, her gaze went toward her hand which was under Sahir's hand.

Saba saw the hands for some second and then again lay down while
keeping her gaze on his face. She enjoyed the moments and wanted

them to last longer. Gazing at his peaceful expressions for some time,

she again sat in her place. Sliding her hand from under Sahir's hand,

she stood from the bed to do her ablution.

As soon as the door of the washroom closed, Sahir opened his eyes.

His gaze went toward the closed door and then turned toward his hand.

A small smile came on his lips.
