after the government gets reports of an entire generation being born with special abilities (all different except for healing), they decide there's a need for a "new type of police", and so the C.E.A rises. The Central Enforcement Administration (C.E.A) is a group in charge of gathering individuals who possess abilities that are above average in strength or show huge promise. Those who are chosen for their strength are separated into different housing units called sectors. There are 3 main sectors. Those in sector 1 are the strongest, sector 2 not as strong, and so on. The C.E.A uses those individuals to fight back against those who use their ability for the wrong things, or for extremely notorious serial killers and criminals. The C.E.A will send out however many people they feel will be needed for the " collection " of the criminal, as it's called. Elementals is in the point of view of those in sector 1 (Josh, melanie, jenna, and ash.). [Note: Over time, more people are added or recruited to sectors.] Stay tuned for updates on the storyline. ~~
