you want an introduction
so i say what you want to hear

"my name is kismat
i write poems and stories
i want to get published
you might know me as the girl
who stands up for
everything
she believes in"

but what i won't say
is this

i have anxiety
if i can't make a living out of writing
i want to stand up for others
i don't stand up for my for my friends though
because i'm scared you'll turn on me next
i'm insecure to the point where
i think putting my hair in a ponytail makes me look
fat
i spill my heart out to strangers and it comes back to bite me
