The next morning
Graham's apartment
Eva wakes up to find herself in nothing, but a bed sheet and an arm wrapped around her waist, she smiles when she remembers what happened with Graham.
Graham: Good morning
Eva: Good Morning
He kisses her
Graham: So how do you feel?
Eva: Amazing how do you feel?
Graham: Also, amazing. Do you have any regrets about last night?
Eva: No. Do you?
Graham: Of course not. We really should get up
Eva: We really should
He kisses her again but before it can go any further Eva's cell phone rings with a groan Eva reaches down and her phone out her jeans pocket and answers it.
Eva: Hello
Emma: Eva finally I've been calling you since last night
Eva: I, m sorry what's wrong?
Emma: I think that Regina is blackmailing or bribing someone at the hospital lab I got the results from the heart they say it was Katherine's
Eva: What? That's not possible
Emma: There's more the box that the heart was in, had fingerprints on the inside of the lid
Eva: Whose?
Emma: Diana's
Eva: Okay I'm on my way
Emma: Okay thanks Eva bye
Eva: Okay bye(she hangs up and turns to Graham)I'm sorry I have to go Emma needs my help
Graham: It's okay
She quickly gets up and gets dressed, she sits back on the bed and kisses Graham
Eva: Fancy meeting for lunch at Granny's?
Graham: Love too
Eva: You know about my powers so I now I can do this(she orbs out)
She reappears in the alley behind the sheriff's station she then walks into the station
Eva: Emma, I'm here
Emma(walks out of the office)Yes you are and in the same clothes you had on yesterday
Eva: Yeah I will explain later.
Emma: Okay I have to bring Diana in for questioning I don't want to, but I have no choice.
Eva: It's okay so we just have to prove that the results are fake or have been doctored I have an idea about that.
Emma: But that doesn't explain why Diana's fingerprints were on the box that the heart was in.
Eva:I,m sure there is an expiation for that but the idea I have I'm going to need my mother's help okay I promise I will call you as soon as I know something
Eva leaves the Sheriff's station she soon arrives at Granny's B and B where she heads to her mother's room she knocks on the door and someone answers it
Piper: Hi honey
Eva: I need your help Mom.
Piper: Okay
She walks in
Eva::Okay I have been helping Emma and well Ruby found a heart in a box buried out by the roll bridge I told Emma that it was an animal heart, so she sent it to the lab to be certain and the lab said that the heart belonged to Katherine
Piper: David's wife?
Eva: Yes, but there's more the box had fingerprints on the inside of the lid, and they belonged to Diana. Emma has to arrest her, but I think it's a set up I think that Katherine is still alive. Do you think that I can scry for her?
Piper: Well Katherine is a part of the curse and it means she has a magical trace so yes
Eva: I will need something of hers. So, I need your help Mom if I orb into David's house and grab something that belongs to Katherine can you keep watch?
Piper: And freeze anyone who tries to go into the house
Eva: Yes
Piper: Okay let's go
They quickly leave Piper's room and the B&B soon after they arrive outside of David's house
Eva: This is it I can't sense anyone home and there's nobody around and nobody inside
Eva orbs out and Piper keeps watch, soon after Eva orbs in next to Piper she's holding a scarf that belongs to Katherine.
Eva: Okay I got something I also grabbed a map of Storybrooke, and I have a scrying crystal at my place
Piper: Okay let's go
They head to Eva's house and once they're there Eva grabs the map of Storybrooke, and she lays it out on the table and Eva grabs the scrying crystal
Eva: Okay here goes
She begin to scry for Katherine. After an hour she's grabbed to give up when the crystal finally lands on a spot in the woods
Eva: Mom look there must a cabin or cabins out there
Piper: Well let's go take a look
They orb out and they appear outside the cabin
Eva: this is it
Piper: Okay let's go in together
They slowly walk towards the door and Eva slowly opens the door and they find Katherine lying on the floor and Eva rushes over to her and check her pulse
Piper: Is she alive?
Eva: Yes, but we're going to need an ambulance
Piper pulls out her phone and calls Emma
Emma(phone) Hello
Piper:(phone)Emma its Piper Eva's Mom we found Katherine she's alive and we're in a cabin not far from the toll bridge
Emma: Okay I'm on my way with an ambulance
Piper: Okay see you soon bye(she hangs up) ok Emma is on her way
Eva: Good
They soon hear sirens approaching and Emma calling Eva's name
Emma: EVA
Eva opens the door and calls to Emma
Eva: Emma over here quick
Emma rushes over with the medics who quickly load Katherine onto a stretcher, and they take her to the ambulance
Emma: Good work guys
Eva: What happens now?
Emma: Now I go to the station and release Diana and then I need to have a chat with Regina
Eva: Okay can we give us a ride back?
Emma:Yeah
They walk back to Emma's car and they climb in and soon after Emma drops Eva and Piper of at Granny's and Emma goes to the Sheriff station where Regina is waiting.
Emma: What are you doing here Regina?
Regina: I want to know why Miss Blanchard hasn't been charged with murder yet?
Emma: Because there hasn't been a murder Regina we found Katherine alive and well, she's on her way to the hospital now. Now I can't prove it but we both know that it was you that had the lab results faked in an effort to frame Diana for murder and you told Eva another lie in attempt to hurt her
Regina: What's your point?
Emma: My point is that you tried to hurt and take away two people I love and now I'm taking back my Son
