Goodbye Mariana

Mariana's POV

The room was filled with silence and I waited for one of my parents to respond, minutes pass by and my mom shouted " why is Shelly at the event when we told her she couldn't go!!!", I sighed and look at my mom and said, " Shelly told me that night that she want to get out of the house and meet new friends and will be also living in the town that they had over there." I could see the fiery in my mom's eyes which made me scared and worry, she then told me to go up to my room and said nothing else, I wanted to question her but she gave me the death stare which I then ran upstairs and into my bedroom, I laid there on my bed wondering what my mom was going to tell my dad about Shelly leaving the house, so I decided to eavesdrop on my parents to see what was mom was going to tell my dad.

Mom's POV

I was mad that my daughter Shelly left the house even though I told her that she couldn't go to that event, I decided to tell my husband what we were going to do about Shelly leaving the house, " what do you have to say about our daughter leaving the house" I said, "you don't have to be so  strict on where they go, let them make their own decisions," he said, I was shocked of what my husband had said, " what to you mean let them make their decision!!!" I said angrily, " you barely let them go out of the house, you just need to stop limiting there free time", he replied, I was so angry at my husband that I literally slap him across the face hard enough to leave a handprint on this cheek, he then got mad at me, he stood up for the couch and punched me in the face, enough to knock me out cold and left me with a black eye, even though i didn't mean to slap him, he stood there in shocked of what he just did.

Mariana's POV

I heard my parents arguing about restricting the places that me and Shelly go to, I take a quick peek from my bedroom door and I saw my dad stood up from the couch and punch my mom in the face, I felt tears ran down my cheeks as I saw my mom on the floor with a black eye and blood dripping from her mouth, my dad was in shock as he see the blood of his wife on his hand, he looks back at the stairway and see me standing there in shock and tears running down my cheeks, I quickly ran back into my bedroom closed the door and lock it, I couldn't believe that my dad just punch my mom in the face, who would of though that after the 2 years that Shelly left the house that our family was falling apart, I couldn't take anymore of the drama it hurts me to see my parents arguing over one of their daughters leaving home, so I decided to call Shelly and tell her what is happening to our family.

Mariana: Shelly!!!

Shelly: what's wrong Mari? you sound very sad.

Mariana: I am sad!!! I'm literally crying right now!!!

Shelly: what happen Mari?

Mariana: I told mom and dad everything you said to me that night

Shelly: how did they react?

Mariana: they were silence at first, then mom told me to go to my room without saying anything to me

Shelly: what happen next?

Mariana: i went up to my room, then decided to eavesdrop on them, they were arguing about me and you

Shelly: did you hear what they were arguing about?

Mariana: not really, I want a closer look so I step out of the room and stood there on the staircase

Mariana: then.... I saw mom slap dad and he got up from the couch and..... p-punch mom, she was left on the...... f-floor dripping..... b-blood form her mouth and has a black eye

Shelly: ........

*Shelly hangs up*

I sat on my bed, while tears ran down my cheeks, hours have past by I didn't her mom or dad walk by my room, I started to worry but I was still heartbroken that I just fell asleep, I haven't heard from Shelly in a while after what I just told her, she was probably just as heartbroken as I was.

I woke up around like around 12:00 and I decided that I needed to be with Shelly, so I started to pack up my things, I then pick up my techno blade shurikens, I then walked downstairs and left a note on the kitchen table to let my parents know that I'll be living with Shelly of now, I walked out the front door very quietly and start my journey to the brawl stars event Shelly was at, I looked back one more time at the house and mumbled to myself "I'm going to miss my home, but then again.....hopefully we would not have a problem like this again and we can be a happy family once more" now I'm on my way to become a brawler with my sister, this is just the beginning of the journey.

The next part of the story is "a new brawler comes to town" hopefully you guys enjoyed this part of the story sorry if it's cringe or bad just let me know what you guys think
