My first date was with Paul.

Funny, because he asked me out first.

So, I dressed up in a nice dress, put my hair up, along with a cute hat and did my make up.

Paul dressed in a nice shirt, red jacket, off white pants, he combed his hair, took a seat and waited for me

When Paul first saw me, "Wow. You look lovely, kitten." He said.

He put out his hand, I took it and we both went out to a nice little restaurant.

Paul pulled out my seat for me.

I smiled and sat down.

"Thank you."

He sat across from me.

Paul ordered a bottle of wine for the two of us.

He pour two glasses and raised his.

"Here's to friends and family." He said.

I raised my glass.

"To friends and family." I said.

We clinked the glasses and took sips.

"So, Paul, I was wondering, how did you meet John, George and Ringo?" I asked.

"Well, I met John first when we were teenagers. He was impressed by my mastery of the guitar and so, he invited me to be part of his group, the Quarreymen. George then joined a year later. John had come up with the band name the Beatles after George came along. In 1960, we met Ringo and he became our drummer." He said.

"Wow. Very interesting." I said.

"Have you ever thought about forming a band?" He asked.

"Lots of times, but I felt I should just stick with being a solo act. Of course, I have no problem performing with others." I said.

"Working solo is good too. If it works for you, no problem." He said.

As we talked, I couldn't help but laugh with Paul.

He was so funny.

After we both finished eating, we went home.

"Thank you for a lovely dinner, Paul." I said.

"My pleasure, Kitten. I had a wonderful time." He said.

We hugged each other and I gave him a kiss on the cheek.

"Good night." I said, going to my room.

Paul went to his room, smiling.
