Chapter 3

Terry: "Boys it's time to get up"
Dan: "No I don't wanna get up it's to early"
David: "Yea it's to early to be up let us sleep"

"rolls eyes" They always do the every morning I think to myself.

Terry: "Alright then I guess I'll have to eat all those waffles with strawberry's, blueberries with strawberry syrup all by myself then"

The second I finished saying that they both hopped out the bed so fast you would of thought the house was on fire, I barely had time to move out the way luckily I did other wise I would've been on the floor.

Terry: "Wash y'all hands before you touch that food"
Dan&David: "Ok"

I shook my head chuckling at their silliness while making my way towards the kitchen. In the middle of us eating my cell phone rings and my first though is "she listened to my voice message and she's calling me back". But when I picked it up to see if it was my mother I saw it was grandma instead.

Terry: "Hey grandma how is your power walk going"
Grandma: "Hey baby it's going good I fill younger already"
"both laughing"
Grandma: "Listen baby after my walk Imma go over my friends house for brunch. So I won't be there when Tiana comes to pick the boys up"

All of a sudden the feeling I had earlier ,that something's just not right came back to me as I am talking to her and it fills like she's not telling me something.

Terry: Alright grandma I'll get them ready and tell Tiana why you weren't her. Umm grandma can I ask you something?
Grandma: Sure baby what is it?
Terry: Is there something your not telling me?

After I asked that it got very quiet on the phone for a second I thought she hung up, but when I took the phone away from my ear to look I saw the call was still connected.

Grandma:" voice starts to shake a little" No baby I don't have anything to say why do you ask?

Terry:" you hear the slight shake in her voice, but you don't call her out on it" "alright then. It's just since I woke up I've been feeling like something is going to happen, but I just don't know what"

Terry: "anyway maybe it's cause I'm coming on my period soon I don't know"

Grandma: "your probably right baby. anywho I'm gonna go ahead and finish my power walk, and I'll talk to you when I come home ok baby?"

Terry: "OK grandma I'll see you when you get back, Love you"

Grandma: "Love you to baby girl"
