Chapter 2

Hi again everyone, as you know my name is Terry and I'm a registered RN nurse. Now I'll tell you a little about how I became a registered RN nurse.

I was always helping my mother out when I was a little girl, whether it was with my siblings or around the house.

When I was eight years old my father walked out on me and my mother while she was pregnant with my twin brothers.
When he left I felt that it was my fault cause they were always arguing with each other about me, but once my mom got pregnant with my brothers it got worse.
Once my mother had my twin little brothers ,I vowed that I would help her take care of them and make sure they know that there loved.
Although I new at eight years old there is only so much I can do I didn't let that stop me.

Since then it's just been me, my mother Lily Jackson, the twins Dan&David, and last grandma Essence(on my mother's side).

In school I was a very smart girl, to the point that I was able to skip two grades, so instead of been 8 years old in 2 grade I was in 4 grade. Now I'm 14 years old and about to start the 10th grade, which is when my world changes forever.

It started 3 weeks before I was to begin school, me and my 6 year also brothers was over my grandmother's house because she was watching us while my mother went out. Come the next morning when I woke up something felt off, but I couldn't put my finger on it so I let it go and went to go check on my brothers. Who share the same room and they were still sleep as I pass my grandma's room I noticed she was not there. Then I went down stairs towards the kitchen while going down I called out to my grandma.

Terry: Grandma you in the kitchen?

I got no answer so I assumed she went for her morning power walk like she has been doing for the last 3 years. Once in the kitchen I thought about what to cook me and the twins, while doing so I decided to give my mother a call cause I haven't talked to her since last night so I took out my cell phone and called. But when i called I got her voice mail so I left a message knowing when she hears it she will call me back.

Terry: Hey ma just calling to see how your night went? and also if you don't have to go into work can we have a girls day since boys are going over there friend's house. Just give me a call when you wake up love you ma.

After I hung up the phone I decided to fix some waffles with strawberry's, blueberries and strawberry syrup on top for the boys, bacon, grits, and chocolate chip pancakes for me and last orange juice for everyone. Once that was done I went to wake up the boys.
