Girl I know
Now this love's grey,
and can't be colorised.
So you can go
It's okay
I'll be here singing sad lullabies.
Promises we couldn't keep,
Let's forget those,
as the words we said were nothing but lies.
Drifted in the wrong,
we crashed through sad times
and love, we both know,
this clock of love is now not ticking clockwise.
Let's escape this cage of love,
and go outside.
To take a slow walk,
after this roller-coaster ride.
and let's escape from each other,
Girl find another light.
Something-
that will suit your eyes.
But if you ever come back,
then I'll be on the same street
where we used to sing love songs
I'll be there,
alone,
Just singing sad lullabies.
