CHAPTER TWELVE

That night while everyone was asleep I went into the study to see if I could find out anything about my real dad. I found a box inside the cupboard I pulled it out and opened it up it was a bunch of stuff from when I was a baby I was flipping through my photo album when a picture fell out I picked it up in the photo was my mum when she was pregnant with me the photo was folded in half I unfolded it and there was a man standing next to mum with his arm around her shoulders I just new this was my father!. I pocketed the photo and flicked through the rest of the stuff in the box right down the bottom I found a folded up piece of paper I opened it and started to read it was a letter from my dad to my mum and his name was signed down the bottom his name was Mike. It wasnt much to go on but it was a start I quickly placed every thing back inside the box and went back into my room where I found Brax sprawled across my bed patting Trixie she was so use to him she dosent even bark anymore when he comes over. I smiled and jumped onto his lap his hands rested on my hips I leant down and kissed him he nibbled my bottom lip I opened my mouth and the kiss deepened as his hands trailed up my back I let out a small moan and pressed against him his hands tangled in my hair as things got more heated Brax flipped us so I was now underneath he started to trail kisses down my neck I gasp and arched my back as he kissed my mark "Guess what" I asked breathlessly

"What?"

"I found a pic of my dad his name is Mike" I said sitting up and handing the photo to Brax "I know this man" said Brax

"You do?"

"Yup this is the man who visits my father looking for his lost daughter this man he is looking for you!"

"Are you sure?"I asked

"Yes I seen him flash a photo of your mum and heard him say she was pregnant and Im sure he flashed a photo of you as well but you were younger then Id know you anywhere young or old". I sat with my back against the wall taking in all the info suddenly an idea popped into my head "Hey do you think next time he visits you can introduce him to me?"

"Sure I dont see a problem with that Ill let my dad know I have found Mikes daughter". I suddenly felt nervous Brax noticed my mood change "Hey it will be ok" I gave him a small smile "Do you want to meet Rjydah?" I asked changing the subject

"Id love to" he replied

I grabbed his hand and we creapt down stairs and into his room he was sound asleep in his bassinette "He is so cute" whispered Brax we slipped out quietly then went back up to my room where we got ready for bed I slipped in beside Brax and snuggled up tight "Night Brax"

"Night Aimee".

I met up with Tahlia before school she had an appointment with her pack doctor before school she was growing bigger everyday being that she was a werewolf thier babies grow quicker so she didnt have to carry for 9months they carry thiers for 6months she still had 2.5months to go the appointment went well and we headed for school I had volenteered to drive we hadnt been driving long when suddenly I felt dizzy the car swerved and her heard Tahlia shout my name as she grabbed the steering wheel I took my foot off the accelerator and she helped me pull the car over.

"Are you ok?"

"I think so I just need a minute" I rested my head on the steering wheel "Actually can you drive I feel a bit dizzy"

"Sure"

I hopped out and had to grab a hold of the door as the world spun Tahlias concerned face swan into view "Aimee?"

"Im fine lets go" hadnt even been driving for 10minutes when I felt the urge to spew Tahlia quickly stopped the car I opened the door and up came my breakfast I wiped my mouth and took the bottle of water Tahlia handed me

"Let me take you home your not well"

"Im ok lets just get to school" reluctantly she continued onto to school we drove in silence just as well my head was pounding. Max, Brooke and Scott were waiting for us in the carpark Max took one look at me and said "What the hell are you doing here you can barely stand you look like shit"

"Im fine how many times do I have to say it"I slurred my words

"You dont look fine come sit down" he took me by the arm and sat me down by a tree

"I tried to take her home she wouldnt listen" protested Tahlia

"Go find Brax" I heard Max say just before I past out I awoke with my head resting in some ones lap "Brax" I mumbled

"Its me" he answered stroking my hair

"Dont leave me"

"Im not going anywhere" I could hear sirens and teachers moving the students aside. I was loaded up into the ambulance "No" I said clutching onto Braxtons hand as it was pulled from mine I kept calling his name over and over as the doors shut and we sped off towarfs the hospital.
