Leigh's POV
Napatigil ako sa paglalakad ng maramdaman ang maraming matang nakatitig sakin. Kagagaling ko lang sa Academy's Office dahil kinuha ko ang schedule ko for my class. Liningon ko ang paligid at nakitang halos lahat ng estudyanteng nakakita sakin nakahinto sa kani-kanilang ginagawa para pag masdan ako.
I creased my forehead. What the fuck is their fucking problem?
I shrugged my shoulders and held my head high as I walked in the hallway. Whatever.
Nang mahanap ko ang room na nakalagay sa schedule ko agad akong pumasok ng walang katok-katok. Only to see a professor who was writing on the white board. Base sa itsura niya mukhang ready na siyang talakan ako any minute. Irritation is written all over her face.
She was about to shout at my rudeness when recognition splattered on her face. Then she give me a nervous smile.
"M-Miss Ama-ranth." she stuttered. Like what in the fucking hell? Wala pa nga akong ginagawa ganyan na ang reaksyon niya? What more kung may gawin ako?
"W-well, you're l-late, y-your Highness."
"Yes. I am." I said flatly. Pumasok ako at naghanap ng mauupuan. The teacher said nothing kaya I don't stop walking. Hmm everyone is afraid on the royalties anyway.
I sat on a chair beside the window, tanaw ko dito sa pwesto ko ang enchanted forest na property ng academy. One time gagawa ako ng tambayan diyan.
Naalala ko na naman ang mga reaksyon nila kanina. But their reactions was normal but it irritates me to hell. Like what the fuck? I'm not the only royal blood who was studying here. Lahat ng royalty dito sa emperyo ng Chalcedonia nandito bumagsak para mag aral pero what's the big deal? Is it even important to give a damn?
Everyone gives outmost respect on the every royalty on this empire. Kaya walang lumalabag sa mga sinasabi namin. But damn, inside this academy we should treat each other fairly. Walang nakakataas, walang mababa. Dapat patas lahat. Even the professors on this academy is intimidated by just our mere presence.
Lahat ng ginagawa nila dapat may pahintulot namin. Lahat ng bagay may control kami. Walang nakakahindi. Walang sagabal. Lahat as in lahat alam namin. Kahit na were still a studen. And they need some changes.
And I'll definitely talk to my brother regarding on this matter.
"That's all for today class. Dismiss. See you around." The professor looked at me and bowed for a second before leaving the classroom.
Damn. I really am late, patapos na pala yung class niya. I looked at my schedule and I still have an hour before my next class will start.
Tumayo ako at lumabas ng classroom. I'll just roam around.
I started walking with no direction. The academy is really really wide. It's not bad to be here after all.
Napadaan ako sa field at nakitang may naglalaro ng soccer kaso I'm not in the mood.
While walking nakaramdam ako ng isang malaking kamay na umakbay sakin. I was supposed to send the asshole to Hell when I heard a familiar voice.
"Well, my Baby Leigh." sabi niya.
Oh. It's the one and only asshole in this empire, Keegan Agate.
"What the fuck Keegan? If you're not someone I know you're supposed to be in hell serving Satan right now." -me
"That's so harsh, Baby Leigh. Buti nalang im someone that you know." he said and smirk.
He patted my head na ikinasama ng tingin ko sakanya. He removed his hand on my shoulder and replaced it on my waist. And hell pinagtitinginan kami ng mga estudyante.
Keegan is my bestfriend. We're bestfriends since I remember kaya close na close kami. But everytime there's someone who would ask kung ano ako sa kanya, he would always answer that I'm his special someone. And me on the other side will shut the hell up and roll my eyes sa kagaguhang pinagsasabi niya.
So everyone assumed that he likes me or much greater than the word 'like'. And I don't care about the rumors. Paki ko sa kanila.
Keegan was one of the blessed creature ever made. Wala atang pangit sa barkada nila.
"What are you doing here, Keegan?" I asked him. "Don't you have class?"
"It's our vacant, Baby Leigh. And we're classmates, hindi lang kami pumasok kanina." -Keegan
"So that means our schedule were exactly the same?"- me
"Yeah. Except from your brother. He's on the other section."- Keegan
"What section? Dionysische?"- me
"Yeah." Tamad na tamad si Keegan. What's going on? "Lets go baby Leigh. Tara na."
"Where?"- me
"Back to our great classroom, obviously." -Keegan murmured.
Agad nagkasalubong ang kilay ko.
"What?! Why?!"- me
Keegan laughed and pinitik niya ang noo ko.
Sinamaan ko siya ng tingin.
"Ouch! You motherfuc-" pinitik niya ulit yung noo ko. " Ouch!! That hurts you know!"
" You know what Baby Leigh you should always watch your language. Anyways we still have classes so we need to go back."- Keegan
"Really Keegan? Is this still you talking?" I asked unbelievably.
And again I received a pitik na naman sa noo.
"Hey!!! Nakakatatlo ka na ah!" - me
He smiled like a crazy fool.
"Well, it should be always Studies before anything else, Baby Leigh."- Keegan
I laughed sarcastically.
"Really Keegan? That's your motto now? You're one of the goodie-pootie boy now? I can't fucking believe it!"- me
*pitik sa noo*
"I said language! You lil witch!"- Keegan
"Argh!!"- me
"For your info Baby Leigh, I am a good boy since birth. By the way, you wanna go out tonight?"- Keegan
"The asshole side." I said and laugh out loud. "Sure Keegs, I won't say no."
"Yes of course, I know."- Keegan
I just smiled crazily.
"I'll pick you up tonight, Princess Eris Leighiana Amaranth."- Keegan
Sinapak ko nga. Nagloloko na naman eh.
I smiled at his remark and shook my head.
I'm no Princess. But being a child of one of the powerful clan in this empire have perks. And we were one of the royalties composing the empire.
