Peeping through a corner,
happiness looked on, as sadness engulfed me, in a dark light.
All the tension hovered over me,
like somebody had kept a huge stone on my heart.
Pain spread through my insides, not allowing me to see any light,
depressing me.
But happiness, in horror, jumped right at anxiety and tried to fight it as hard as it could, trying to clear all the negative thoughts from my mind.
Some light reflected on my face for some moments, making me happy.
Just when sadness started vanishing, happiness disappeared, nowhere to be found.
And there I sat, burying my face, deep into my knees, anxiety and all the negativity engulfing me again, the darkness following suite.
