I stare at his door before knocking on it. I take about a minute before I knock on it.

"Jungkook? It's me Jin. Remember?"

Again, no response.

I sigh and just push my hair back. As I was about to give up, his door opens.

He doesn't look to me, he's just looking at the ground.

I could see that he hasn't seen sunlight for a while. He has a hoody on with the hood on his head. His eyes look dark and he doesn't seem to blink for a while.

"Hey...Jungkook."

He runs back to his bed quickly and puts himself in the blanket.

I walk in slowly and find myself sitting on a chair a few feet away from his bed.

"So, Jungkook, how are you?"

He keeps looking around the room, as if he's trying to look for something.

I look around his room. He doesn't have the lights on and his drapes were closed.

"I haven't seen you in years. It's so nice to see you."

He stays quiet and keeps looking around the room.

"Jungko—"

"SHHHHHH... He can hear us."

I furrow my eyebrows and I laugh nervously.

"What are you talking about? Who?"

"I-I, I don't want to say his name."

I stand up and walk towards his drapes.

"Who Jungkook?"

Jungkook sits up and stares to what's in front of him. He grips the side of his hood and his eyes widen.

"Stop asking me! I don't want to think of him or his name!"

I grab onto one of the drapes and I look back to him.

"Jungkook. tell me. I want to help you."

Jungkook shakes his head quickly.

"No no no no no!"

"Jungkook, I think you need some light in here, it's dark."

I slide the drape so that sunlight could come through. Jungkook looks to me with this look that I can't explain. His eyes widen and they look terrified. Like he's scared for his life.

"NO! NO! CLOSE IT. PLEASE CLOSE IT! PLEASE!"

He yells to me and his voice cracks. I look to the window to see something shocking.

All of his windows are covered in newspaper.

"JIN, PLEASE CLOSE IT PLEASE!"

"Jungkook? Wh-what is this? Why did you cove—"

He rushes out of his bed, which causes him to fall over. He quickly gets back up and he pulls the drape away forcefully from me. He closes the drapes then rushes to his bed.

I take a step back from being extremely confused.

"Ju-Jungkook? Please let me help you."

Jungkook is looking all over the room with he blanket over him.

He's saying something, but not to me.

"Stop looking at me, stop looking at me, stop looking at me, stop looking at me."

He gradually gets louder.

"Stop looking at me. Please stop, stop, stop, stop, STOP!"

I just stand in place, as I'm frozen, not knowing what to think or say.

"Jungkook? Who are you talking about, please let me know. I want to help."

He slowly turns his head towards me. He looks to my eyes, not even blinking.

"Him. Him. It's your fault! You're fault! You and Jimin!"

He points to me aggressively and stands up.

"He's only here because of you! You!"

He walks towards me pointing, getting up all into my face. I take steps back towards his door and I eventually had my back against the door.

"You! This is your fault! This is Jimin's fault!"

He then kneels down in front of me, grabbing onto the side of his hair. He grips onto it tightly and looks up to me with bloodshot eyes.

"No. No. NO, NO, NO! You saw what happened to Jimin! We're next! No, I'm next!"

I kneel down to him and grab onto his shoulders tightly.

"Jungkook, whats wrong with you?"

Jungkook has a blank stare. He just looks down blankly onto my chest.

He nods his head as if someone was talking to him. Then his face becomes extremely worried.

He rushes to his bed and wraps himself around in his blanket. He looks towards his drapes and just yells to it.

"GET OUT, GET OUT. STOP LOOKING AT ME, STOP!"

"Jungkook, I—"

I then realize I had no way of getting him to talk. I couldn't help him.

"Jungkook, if you need me, your mom has my number."

Jungkook is still in his blanket, shivering.

"Stop looking at me. Stop looking at me. STOP! GET OUT!"

He's not even looking at me when he yells. He's still looking at his window.

Is he even talking to me?

I leave his room and I close his door.

I left the apartment complex with uneasy feelings.

I felt like I let him and his mother down.
