THE ZODIACS OF GREECE

CHAPTER ONE: THE SOLE OF APHRODITE

The woman was Aetria. It was three years before she found the other three Zodiacs. Before it began, she was taken home by the waves. She stayed at the shore for many hours. Early in the morning, the women found her revealed and damaged. A friend approached her body and she kneels down. She held her hand and touches her cheek. The two of them carried her and to a wagon. They dressed her in white and take her body with them. The moment was sad and they traveled back to the city all heads down. The sun was shining so bright that day and releasing too much heat. But then all of a sudden, the silence was swallowed by a brutal roar.

The woman was alive and went conscious. She opens her eyes and saw nothing but darkness. She moved her arm and felt she is inside. She tried to rise up but then again felt that she's inside. She gathered the only strength left in her and break free from the earth and boulders that crushed her. She was been blinded by sun. She closed her eyes and slowly opens it. She was struck by pain when she saw the dead. She breathe in silence and walks in vengeance. She kneeled down to the woman that was the one who kneeled down to her at the shore. She holds her hand and touches her cheek. She grabs the weapon and place it on her back. She picked up the armor suit and put it on. She began to walk to search for blood. She is looking straight forward and felt her sisters bodies all around. She found a furry giant arm and a blood trail. She pulled a dagger and holds it smart. An axe was pulled off from the ground by a brute. He placed the axe on his shoulder and look up to the sky. She pulls out another a dagger and prepare for an attack. The brute took a deep breath and waits for her. She dashes to him with a great force. He gripped his axe angerily and swings around to the back but missed his target. Not knowing that she is already behind him and slices his back upwards. The brute was deeply wounded and couldn't able to get up. But before he got the chance to see her, she jumps to him and stabbed the two dagger on to his neck. She stands up and continue her way. When she reached the upper shore, the blood trail was gone. A wind blew and the branches moves. She climbs up a hill for a great view. Two brutes are interacting with the dead bodies. She is about to jump onto them but an enemy attacked her from behind. She leaned back and nearly unable to evade it. The brute kicked her to her chest but she blocked it with the daggers by stabbing those to his leg. The brute shouted and attack her back by the swing of his axe. She immediately pulled the daggers and dives backwards. The two brutes found her fell from the hill and landed. The brute throw his axe to her. At the very short time, she run towards them then she grabbed the axe and throws it back to him. It cut off his legs and he fell. The other brute charges to her and fight her in close. But he noticed that she was no ordinary like the ones that they have killed.

The brute jumped off the hill and smashes the ground. But the other brute was hit by him and had cut off his head. She dashes away from the brute and make a stance. He stomp the ground and releasing force as he swings his axe. She gathered her strength to the weapon and charges the empowered brute. She attacked him but he managed to absorb all of her attacks. But she evenly surpassed his strength amd manages to get the upper hand. He was blown to the walls and she follows him by stabbing the daggers through his heart. She jumped down the walls and take a deep breath.

Six more enemies arrived and had been watching the whole fight. A one armed brute appeared and taunts her with a smile. The brute was the one who leaded his group on to her homeland. The leader began to walk away. She took her first step and the brutes' stance. She took her second step and the brutes' hold their ground. She took another step and the brutes' empowered themselves. They are prepare and any moment they'll attack. She charges to them and fought them with speed and power. The woman steals a brute's weapon and used it to the other. She smashed the axe on his belly and evades the coming attack. She stabbed his arm then slices his backneck and made him in fatal. The brute jumped onto her and press her to the ground. She was grabbed by her neck and being smashed to the ground simultaneously. She grabs his arm then she spins and twisted his arm. The brute let go off her. She throw the two daggers to his throat and killed him. The other two throw him her boulders but she managed to evade those. The boulders hit each other and created smoke. She was suprised by an attack from back. She was crushed by a much huge boulder and was hit by a hammer to her back. She was thrown away many meters and end up on a river.

"The warrior's smart... But not only smart. She was no ordinary like her sisters."

She rise up from the river by the used of water. The enemies' been frightened for they felt the change of her strength. The one armed brute placed down his hammer. He gathered his inner strength and began to change his form. Fur grew on his entire body and his appearance became as the look of a minotaur but didn't grow horns. The leader was turned into a state called False. His strength became more immense than his Mortal state. He already knew that she can also turn herself into a False so, he taunted her for it. But she refused and only attacks him by throwing projectiles. He blocked those by with his empowered weapon and smashed the ground. The earth shakened and a waves of dirt moved towards her. She evades it by jumping over and dashing to him. He blocked her attack and swings his hammer. She was blown away but managed to stop.

The leader then spoke, "This is what a fight would be. A False state brute against a False state maiden. Show me what you can do. Show to my men what you really are. And show to her... that you can save her."

The brute went out of the cave with a woman that she knew.

The leader taunted her again and say, "Fight me. And your sister will be spared. Fight me... Or die."

She placed back the daggers and put her hands down. The wind blew and the ground trembles. At the moment, she turned herself into a False state. The leader was suprised and taunted her to test her true skill. But she taunted him back and holds her ground. The leader roars and charges. He place his hammer behind and kept running. Then he jumped up high and smashed her. She blocked using water and steps back.

She was force to kneeled down because of pressure. Then he attacks her with great power. The brute took the upper hand and exceeded her power. She wasn't been fully recovered and still gathering some strength. When she had found that she couldn't defeat him, she ran away from the battle and will try to free the woman. The woman managed to escaped from the brute with her aid. Then she used her power to slightly slow them up. She went inside of the cave. The enemies blocked her way and fights her. She saw the brute running away from the area and chasing the woman towards the cave. She then turn her back from the enemies to defend the woman. The leader commanded his brutes to kill every one. She cleanse her path by taking all the brutes down. She entered the cave and helps her. The brutes turned into their powerful states. She holds them off while her sisters trying to escape and to warn the city. When she had eliminated all of the enemies inside the cave, she began to follow her. When they both came out of the passage, she ordered the woman to run towards the city. But she refused and wanted to stay. The remaining enemies arrived from the shadows of the cave. She pull out her daggers and stance to fight. The enemy stomps and prepare to charge. By the sound of the wind, they attack. She succeeded on killing the weak and remain the leader. The woman was hit badly and sat down. She stands at her front and face to the leader. She then put all together her remaining strength for the final blow. The leader charges. He quickly throw the axe to her legs. She immediately jumped to evade but he grabs her in mid air. He smashes her to the ground. She kept breaking free but couldn't. She stabs his arm but he resist the pain and only kept on smashing her. The woman throws a boulder to him and made his defence down. She took the chance and stabs his foot with a dagger. He tried to pull his legs but was stuck to the ground. She stabs his chest but she grabs her arms and struggles. She pulled back her attack and move away. He rise up. He taunts her for the final. She lay down her arms and the feathers grown. The leader kneeled down and vomits blood. He used too much of his power and the False state is already consuming his body. She walk towards him and as the feathers are turning into an iron. The feathers turned heavy, strong and sharp. She pulled two and grips with guilt. His eyes teared blood. He look up to her and breathes deeply. She look onto his eyes before beheading him. She approach then sat down and mourns her sister's death. The she burried the woman's body. She climbed up the tallest peek to make sure that all enemies are eliminated. But in the distance, she found something that will make her people to mourn more. She walk towards the forest next to the shore. The wrecked boat who touched the sands was filled with death.

But then she asked, "How did this group of barbarians killed hundreds of us? Are they the new risen era of the powerful creations?"

The earth was splitted in half and the forest had been destroyed. The warriors who guards their home are all dead. Before dawn, she was found by the soldiers as she's burrying the bodies. They called more soldiers to take home their heroes.
