"How'd it go?"

"Eh, let's not talk about it," he replied, sitting on the edge of the bed.

I couldn't help but realize how much this situation sucked.  Normally, we would be ecstatic to see each other.  He would be in a great mood and even though he had only been apart for a couple hours, we would have greeted each other with hugs and kisses, as though we had been apart for months.

"Okay," I replied.  "Are you okay?"

"Pfft," he shook his head.  "Let's not worry about me, Kay.  Are you okay?"

I shrugged. "Yeah, I guess,"

Zayn didn't say anything, just nodded and ran his hands over his face.   He smelled of cigarettes, more than usual, probably because he always smoked more when he was nervous or stressed out.

I reached out and ran my fingers over his back,  he squirmed and I felt the goosebumps under my finger tips. I couldn't help but giggle, he was always so ticklish.

"Oh, you think that's funny, huh?" he asked with a crooked grin.

I scooted over on the small bed and patted the spot next to me.  "Come here,"

"You sure?"

"What?" I raised an eyebrow.  "Of course I'm sure! Get over here,"

He turned around and laid down next to me, wrapping an arm around me and putting his other arm behind his head.  I cuddled into his chest and laid my leg over his waist, his fingers traced lovingly up and down my back.   After laying together for a few minutes, Zayn finally broke the silence.  "Remember when I left for the xfactor boot camp?"

"Yeah,"

"And you broke up with me," he said with a chuckle.

"I didn't break up with you," I said, trying not to laugh at him.

"Yes, you did!" he replied.  "You gave me that bullshit story about how you didn't want to stand in the way of my dreams so you were gonna let me go,"

I looked up at him, resting my chin on the back of my hand.  "Is that so bad of me?  I wanted you to be able to focus on what you were doing,"

"I know," he smiled, still rubbing my back. "That was the moment, though..."

I crinkled my eyebrows at him.  "Zayn, what are you talking about?"

"That's the moment that I knew that I would spend the rest of my life with you," he replied and sat up as much as he could in the small space.  "I love you,"

"I love you too,"

"I mean it, Kay," he ran his thumb across my cheek.  "I want to be with you forever,"

Liam's POV:

Our bus was quiet.  Paul always rode on the other bus, because it was easier for him and the girls to make arrangements and what not.  But, tonight he was with us, because he thought Zayn and Kaylyn could use some time with less people around.

"I still can't believe it," he sat on the couch across from Sierra, with his head rest on his hand.  "I've been to Simon's for so many dinners and formal parties, I never knew he had a niece,"

Sierra was sitting near the small table, her knees pulled up to her chest.   She was dressed in a pair of pajama pants and a pink tank top, her hair pulled into a messy pony tail.  "I always made a point to stay away from his parties," she shrugged.

"Why's that?" Louis asked, not taking his eyes from the video game on the tv.

"Because most of my Uncle's friends and colleagues are so fake.  They talk so much crap behind his back to interviewers and tabloids, then as soon as he throws a party they pretend to be his best friend,"
