Can't Stop Me (Sick!Deku AU)

After telling Sidero and Keres what we were doing I noticed Deku looked upset, he just sat there and messed with the blue shirt we had to wear. This is dumb but I walked over to him anyway, "What's up, nerd?" I asked and sat down in front of him, the necklace on his neck looked weird. It was black and had a white dot thing that had a few wires, it's supposed to measure his levels whatever that means.

Deku nodded a little and then he glanced at the two other in the corner before he motioned a little for me to scoot closer. I rolled my eyes but I did move closer to him and he cupped his hands, whispering, "Keres said I should stop being your friend because I'm sick." He said.I let that in for a moment before I patted Deku's head, "Right." I got up and walked back over to the two other losers. I looked at them for a moment and then punched Keres across the face, he fell down and the teacher ran over and began yelling.

I ignored her and went to the office we had to go to when we got in trouble. I knew she was going to send me there so I went there myself anyway. I sat in a chair as another teacher came in and began telling the lady over the counter thing what I did.

"We're going to call your parents," One of the ladies said and I ignored her. She pressed some buttons on her phone and I ignored her as she began talking, "Your mom wants to talk to you." She said to me.

"Whatever," I got up and walked around the counter thing and took the phone. I let the yelling die down because I like having ears and then I put it on the phone to my ear, "He deserved it." I told her.

Mom took a deep breath and then she continued without yelling which surprised me, "Alright I'll bite. Why did he deserve it, Katsuki?" She still sounded angry but she always lets me tell her why I did something.

"He was making fun of Deku," I told her honestly and tried not to roll my eyes because I shouldn't have to tell her why I do things, "He was mean to Deku so he deserved to be punched," I told her.

"You could've been expelled, stupid," Mom said but she sounded a lot more tired than mad, "I have to come pick you up and you're suspended for a week." She told me. We talked for a little and then I had to sit down in a chair to wait for mom to come get me.

Finally, mom walked in. She had her usual outfit on and she had to sign me out before we left, "Katsuki if you're going to get into a fight then do it off school property." Mom told me when we were in the car. I had to be in a car seat which is stupid because I'm not a baby, "I won't stop you but at least make sure they deserve it and don't do it somewhere you can get in a lot of trouble, okay?"

What she said made me blank for a second until I realized I wasn't in trouble, "Oh okay." When we were halfway home mom looked at me for a moment and then asked, "What did he say about Izu? Was it something that deserved a punch?"

I nodded, "Yeah. Deku said he told him to stop being my friend since he's sick." I told her and kicked my legs a little, "My hand hurts." I added and mom laughed at me. I glared at her through the rear view and she laughed harder.

"Alrighty Katsu, you want ice cream from McDonald's?" Mom asked and I nodded. We went through the drive thru and I got my ice cream but it was in a cup because mom thought I'd make a mess, as if.

We got home eventually and I realized dad's car was gone, "Where's dad?" I asked as mom got me out of my seat since I couldn't get out myself which was also really dumb and stupid.

"At work still," Mom replied as we headed inside, "He usually gets back before you do but since you decided to get in trouble you're back first, dummy."

"You're the dummy," I mumbled and finished my ice cream and mom ignored me, "Can I go over to Deku's later?" I asked.

"I'll ask Inko," Mom replied and left to the kitchen where our phone was, "Don't you punch anybody while I'm gone." She ordered. I rolled my eyes, stupid, stupid mom.
