You felt again the earth shake underneath you

"Quick" I said and cried more

I looked up and saw a big smiling Titan coming our way, then I looked behind me and saw the same blonde drunk cadet

"Hey, take the kids away from here it's dangerous" mom said

"Come on Carla I can take you all just watch me" he said and went for the Titan but as soon as he saw the Titan he came back and took me and Eren on his shoulders and Mikasa underneath his armpit

"Hey, put me down you bastard" Eren said as the man run and I watched my mom getting picked up by the Titan, I froze in my place, I saw the Titan break my mother's bones in half and then bite her off, and blood splashed all over the place

We kept running until Eren hit the man and he throw him further away, they argued but I couldn't hear anything all I could do was rethink of what happened to my mother, and most importantly where is my dad? What happened to him? Is he ok? Is he alive, I was drawn out of my thoughts by being pushed into a boat leading to the wall rose, we got some sits close to Armin and his grandpa, but as we were leaving we heard a loud bang I peaked and saw a Titan broke the walls, after hours of the 'trip' Eren got up and started screaming that he could get revenge one day and that he will save humanity one day, he sat down again I got next to him

"Don't worry I'm here for you and I will never leave you" I said and leaned on his shoulder and slept

I woke up the next day by Mikasa shaking me

"Hey wake up they are handing food at the warehouse" she said

"Ok" I said and went to wake Eren up but I noticed that he had the key that dad showed him before he left

"Hey Eren wake up" I said and woke Eren

"What?" He asked

"They are handing food at the warehouse, also how did you got dad's key for the basement?" I asked and pointed with an emotionless face

"I don't know" he said as he held the key and then put it inside his shirt and got up and went to get food, as we were watching what was happening Armin came with some bread for us

"They only gave this?" I asked

"They couldn't do more they already had problems with the food" he said

"Tsk" I said and turned around, after a while I turned again and saw some soldiers beating up my brother, I run up to them and looked at them

"Leave my brother alone" I said with a straight face

"Oh yeah what are you going to do?" One of them asked

"Just look" I said and run up to them, I jumped and spinned in the air and kicked him in the face

"Don't mess with me or my brother ever again" I said and left

"You didn't had to do it you could of got yourself hurt" Eren yelled

"I did what I had to do" I said

"You're only nine years old!" He said

"And?" I asked

"How can you do that? There's more chances for you to get to the scouts" he said in a angry tone

"You'll go too" I said not showing emotions

"Yeah right" he said then he started fighting with Mikasa and Armin but soon stopped because Mikasa shut him up

After several days they got 20.000 people to fight but only 2.000 of them made it, Armin's grandpa fought but never came back, at that moment I promised to myself that I will fight for humanity and if I die I won't die easily I will die with my head up knowing that I served humanity.
