Walking down the pavilion at 5:00 am is quite something. I always like to get to work early to get a work out in, I unlocked the tower and put my backpack on a chair because no one would be here for another 45 minutes. "Morning Y/N, how's my favourite daughter?" Hoppo said. "Hey dad, I'm stressed but I need to go for a swim before I get to work" I replied with a chuckle. "You've always been the same hun. Don't take to long, we're going to be busy today. See you soon." Dad said as we walked out, as I ran down the stairs of the tower I shouted "see ya dad!", I ran straight for the ocean. It's summer so the sun is up nice and early, it sets a nice haze over everything. I was swimming until I had see one of the buggy's start to drive to backpackers to set up the warning signs. I swam in, I didn't realize how fast 45 minutes had gone until I got to the shore. I quickly ran under the tower to the change rooms so I could get in my uniform. Before I could make it outside a pair of arms wrapped around my waist drawing me in closer. "Do we have to work?" Maxi whined as he kisses my neck, I tried to get free because we were at work. "Yes, please let me go, dad might see." Maxi and I have been together for 2 years going on 3 this weekend. But I still didn't like my dad seeing our relationship. He still sees as his little girl and not an adult so it freaks him out. Maxi finally let me go, after he gave me one final kiss on the nose. "I'll see you inside babe" Maxi said as he strolled off. I slowly walked up the stairs. I was on tower duty with Glick.
Today went by so slow. I was on tower duty for half my shift with Glick then half with Beardy, it was nonstop all day. But it seemed to keep dragging on. Finally it was pack up time, and I was already annoyed with everything. I needed to go for a swim. So as the boys were packing up I ran to the change room and switched into a bikini, and ran straight for the ocean. It was 8 when I got out of the water, Maxi was still waiting for me. "Hey, why are you still here?" I asked as I sat down in the sand beside him. He looked nervous. "I um wanted to ask you something, I guess I don't know how to say this." He was so nervous I started to tear up, what happed, was something wrong. Maxi knew I was starting to panic. "Nothings wrong, I guess I should just ask you then. I love you so much, and I want to spend the rest of my life with you, will you do me the honours of being my wife?" Maxi said while looking at me. I burst into tears and hugged him. "Of course I'll marry you Trent!" I kissed him. As we pulled away I heard clapping. All the boys were standing there clapping and dad had a tear rolling down his cheek. I ran up to him and hugged him. He gave me a kiss on the cheek and pulled away "You're not my little girl anymore" he laughed and pulled me into another hug. "I love you dad" I laughed with tears streaming down my cheeks. He pulled away and Maxi was right behind me now. "Would you like to see your ring?" He laughed I jumped up so fast he wasn't able to give it to me. "Yes" I laughed breathlessly.

It was beautiful, it looked like a wave. "It's beautiful!" I gasped. It was truly stunning.
After everyone said their goodbyes, Maxi and I walked home. It was amazing, we decided that we want a beach wedding of course, and that our honeymoon will be in Fiji or Bali. We're leaving towards Fiji because we go to ball often, he's going to ask Jesse to be his best man but Harrison was a close second. As we reached the house, maxi pulled me in for another kiss and then kissed my cheek. "I love you so much" he said. "I love you too"
