Soongyu - For All To See

   "Oh, I'm sorry hyung!" Mingyu steadied Joshua and kept apologising whilst Joshua seemed a little dazed. The other members slowly stopped their practice and looked back towards Mingyu and Joshua before mockingly cheering.
   "It's fine, we've all made mistakes before." Joshua laughed softly and patted Mingyu's shoulder.

   "Hey! First one to mess up buys dinner!" Chan's voice called from towards the other side of the room. One by one, comical remarks were made towards Mingyu. It was an ongoing joke at this point that Mingyu was fun to wind up and Mingyu honestly didn't mind, the atmosphere for the day so far had been great. Although Mingyu couldn't deny he felt a little flustered considering the reason he'd messed up in the first place.

   "Are you ok, Mingyu? It's not like you to make a mistake. Especially during this song." Mingyu froze up a little before looking down at the face peering up at him from his right hand side. It was Soonyoung and Mingyu could see the faint glisten in Soonyoung's eyes, whilst a knowing smile shaped Soonyoung's lips.

   This little... Mingyu bit on his lower lip slightly whilst grinning. Soonyoung knew exactly why Mingyu messed up and apparently he wanted to rub it in.
   "I'm alright thanks, hyung." Mingyu brushed himself down and placed his hands on his hips, "I won't mess up next time."

   "Is he day dreaming again?" Mingyu glared over in Wonwoo's direction before laughing.

   Mingyu looked back at Soonyoung and his gaze softened, his grin lessening into a smirk before he spoke "Yeah, you got me." his words holding an entirely different meaning to what any of the other members would assume.
   Soonyoung's cheeks seemed to flush at this and so he turned on his heel and moved away from Mingyu whilst clearing his throat, leaving Mingyu feeling oddly victorious. Seungcheol called out to announce they'd start off again from the second verse and with that everyone got their heads back down again and became serious once more.

   Thankfully the rest of practice seemed to go without a hitch.

   After their practice had finished the vocal unit stayed behind to do a VLIVE session, whilst both the performance unit and hip-hop unit got to return home to their dorms. Before entering the building, Hansol, Seungcheol and Jun had said they'd be heading to a restaurant not far from home for dinner, leaving Chan, Wonwoo, Minghao, Soonyoung and Mingyu to enter the dorm. Apparently the idea of Mingyu paying for dinner had seemingly been forgotten about.

   "Who wants to watch a movie?" Chan piped up as they walked into the living room, stretching his arms above his head before he turned to look back at Mingyu and the other three members.
Apparently this peaked Wonwoo's curiousity "What genre?" he asked as he removed his jacket, hanging it on a rail.
   "Horror of course!" Chan gave a cheeky grin as he eyed up the members, awaiting their responses. Wonwoo was the first agree and Mingyu found himself looking towards Minghao who seemed to be focusing on nothing but Wonwoo.

   Minghao and Mingyu had been best friends for a very long time at this point due to their shared interests in different fields and hobbies. It had reached the point that both men were able to read each other from simple actions. But right now, Mingyu had never seen the look in Minghao's face before.
   "I'll join..." Minghao stepped forward and took a seat on the very left hand side of the sofa, Wonwoo sitting on the floor directly in front of Minghao's feet, causing Minghao to part his legs a little more so Wonwoo could lean back, his head resting between Minghao's knees.

   Mingyu found himself glancing back and forth between Minghao and Wonwoo, when had they become so close? Of course all the members were friends with one another, but certain friendships stood out more than others; like himself and Minghao as well as Seungkwan and Hansol. Then again, the more Mingyu thought it over - Wonwoo and Minghao did have a fair bit in common as well. They were the two book-enthusiasts of the group; very romantic and poetic in their ways.
   From out of nowhere, suddenly a thought teased at Mingyu's brain; what if they're something more than...? Mingyu's eyes widened slightly and he found himself going over all the smiles and contact he'd witnessed between Wonwoo and Minghao over the past couple of weeks.
