"The North Kitsune tribe could be seen through the windows of the train gleaming like a diamond in the sunlight.
Hidden away and dormant for centuries until the magic of Sekhmet freed them from their tomb in the underworld.
Their goddess Inari as pale as the full moon could be seen bowing towards the sun as she traveled downhill towards the Kitsune tribe
Kitsune was nowhere to be seen with the golden like fur but only the girls think she was busy with her family
Kitsune has 2 kids by the name of Zhi Ruo the youngest and Kim Taehyung the oldest who was named after his deceased father Kim Taehyung the first.
The king died shortly after his son turned 8 years old and his daughter 6 at the time during the war
You might be asking where is Mei Ling? Well she was actually born during the red moon.
She was created out of a red and white tree branch and blessed by Kitsune to create a child so actually we can't really say that Kim Taehyung the first was her father.
And that was AFTER the tribe moved to the underworld
Maybe Kitsune missed trees...
Other tribes threatened to kill Kitsune's offspring but of course she faked their extinction and hid them away in the underworld waiting for Sekhmet to call them once again knowing it's safe
Although Kim Taehyung was the oldest and was heir to the throne he shocked everyone when he fell in love with a commoner
The rules specifically say that only the king with a royal lover can take the throne and females were not allowed to take the throne so the only option was to marry off Zhi Ruo to another royal aka Inari's son Park Jimin.
Kitsune was against the idea of marrying off her daughter to a man she doesn't even know but only heard of but she relented as soon as Kitsune met the man for herself
The goddess could vividly remember her daughter crying in her bedroom when she heard the news
"Do I have to live in the North Kitsune tribe?"Zhi Ruo asked as she remembers the cold mountains and heavy winds
"Luckily no my daughter but listen to me well,he will unite the two tribes and finally we can be whole again."Kitsune stated
"But it comes at a hefty price."Zhi Ruo's best friend sighed as she patted her friends back"
"Ok could you stop reading the story over and over again?"Rim groaned as Sean read the book with great interest
"It's just so interesting though."Sean defended herself as the train came to a stop
At the palace...
They were in the castle garden drinking some tea and eating baking goods from the kitchen as Sean asked Zhi Ruo many questions
"What are Nyanya tribe blood lines?"Sean asked as Zhi Ruo sipped her tea
"Families with high reputations in that tribe like Rim's family." The Kitsune tribe member stated as Rim's eyes widen
"What do you mean that my family has a blood line?"she asked making Zhi Ruo Sigh
"Your family dates back to centuries ago my friend,it all came down to the choice of your great ancestor who had to choose either her blood spilt or blood turned gold."
"What do you mean blood split and golden blood?! Speak properly!"Rim demanded as guards came to investigate the noise
"My queen your fiancé-Zhi Ruo silenced the guards with her hand as she looked at them sternly
"Tell him there's nothing going on here....I'm about to tell them a story about how a choice ruined everything."
