In silence I will stand

Who shall I be today?

in this world of fantasy

What costume shall I slide into?

Whoever shall I be?

perhaps I will be an adventurer 

whose travelled the whole world

or maybe a greal lover

with a harem of sexy girls

maybe I’ll be a musician

whose played with all the best

or some great philosopher

who will put your mind at rest

I could be a great fighter

tales of battles I have won

or maybe an intergalactic traveller

headed for the sun

maybe I’ll be a great writer

whose novels define history

or a poet whose words carve

a place in the heart of humanity

but then, wouldn't I be lying

about who I am in reality

so I think today and from here on

I’ll be an aging, simple man;
