"So whatever is going on with you both, you should probably fix it soon. He likes to sulk otherwise." Jihoon's lips lifted slightly into a very faint smirk, most likely over the image of a sulking Soonyoung - which any other time is normally an adorable sight to behold. But somehow Mingyu didn't think it'd be quite so pleasing this time around. Jihoon was right however, Mingyu needed to fix this... But how?

Jihoon had left to head into his studio saying he probably wouldn't be returning back to the dorms any time soon today, leaving Mingyu standing there awaiting Soonyoung's return.

What's taking him so long? Mingyu thought to himself as he leaned back against the wall crossing one ankle over the other as he shoved his hands into his jean pockets, fingertips idly tapping against his legs whilst he waited.

It wasn't too much longer until Mingyu heard the quiet yet rather irritated tone of Soonyoung, seemingly muttering to himself as he rounded the corner complaining that the boxes were heavy and that Jihoon shouldn't order so much.
He was holding three boxes stacked upon one another in his arms, much like Mingyu had done the first time - however it didn't seem to be going as well for him as it did for Mingyu. The boxes reached up higher than his head meaning he was having to look from side to side round the boxes to see where he was going. Mingyu could see the frustration creasing Soonyoung's brow as his hyung focused on each step he took.

Like watching a clip from a movie in slow motion; Mingyu could see the way Soonyoung stubbed his toe on the edge of one of the boxes which had already been placed down on the floor and Mingyu's hands instinctively reached out towards his hyung, closing the gap between them as quickly as possible whilst Soonyoung stumbled. The top box began sliding to the side threatening to fall until Mingyu's left arm reached out and caught it against his elbow, his palm gripping awkwardly on to the box as it rest against the inside of his joint. Meanwhile his right hand moved around Soonyoung's waist to keep him stable and stop him falling over entirely.

"Are you alright, hyung?" Mingyu asked with a light trace of concern as his eyes gazed over Soonyoung's face. His hyung's skin looked so smooth once again, so pale and soft that Mingyu really wanted to just hold the flesh in the palm of his hand, but he knew better.

Soonyoung's eyes widened as he matched Mingyu's gaze and for just a brief moment, Mingyu could have sworn he saw a hint of longing reflected in Soonyoung's eyes - pale cheeks slightly flushing. That was up until Soonyoung's brows furrowed and his body tensed up against Mingyu's hand on his waist, the anger returning once more in Soonyoung's expression.

"I'm fine!" He spat, "You can let go of me now."

Mingyu couldn't help the pang of hurt that soared through his body at Soonyoung's abruptness, however he also accepted the fact it was entirely his own fault. He sighed softly and removed his arm from around Soonyoung's waist and instead adjusted his grip on the box that was leaning on his arm. This time he steadied it with both hands before removing it off of the stack entirely, placing it down on the box Soonyoung had stubbed his toe on in the first place.

Soonyoung just stood there, glaring in Mingyu's direction as he moved so Mingyu continued to remove the last two boxes from Soonyoung's grasp as well and putting them away with the rest. Keeping his head low acting like looking at the cardboard boxes was what required his upmost attention, Mingyu spoke with a quiet and saddened tone, "Please don't look at me like that, hyung..."

Mingyu noticed the way Soonyoung clenched his fists at his sides from out the side of his field of vision and Mingyu slumped his shoulders before standing up straight and thrusting his hands into his pockets once more, looking dejected. He felt like his throat was choking up, what should he even say at a time like this?
