Chapter 8- The Clowns Come to the Circus

"Bocchan, are you sure you want to talk to the circus about this?"

"I'm sure. For Alex. Plus, we brought Mey-Ren for a reason."

"Yes, I'll protect you sir, yes I will!"

I walk in with my butler and servant into the one place I never wanted to go back to...

... the circus.

"Where's my ticket Sebastian? "

He handed me my ticket, and then we went in.

Later, we watched the show that we've seen before. And... we saw them...

Joker.

Dagger.

Beast.

Jumbo.

Peter.

Wendy.

Snake.

Doll....

"That's it for our show-" Joker said before he stopped.

He made eye contact with me. Let's start this business.

"What do you traitors want?" Joker said sarcastically.

"We need to know if you have somebody here."

"New recruits? No. Why?"

"One of our friends Alex is missing. She's talked about you guys a lot. Her and her friends are time travelers."

"Time travelers?" Dagger said joining our conversation. "Did you here that Joker?"

"Yea. These clown says they know time travelers."

Everyone started to laugh. These little-

We all turn to see Jullie and Chelsi.

"Chelsi and Jullie, why didn't you stay home with Bard and Finny?" Sebastian told them.

"We tried stopping them." Finny and Bard came in out of breath.

These imbeciles can't do anything right.

"We are time travelers and we want Alex, please!"

"Sorry. This Alex person is seriously not here. Plus, you have to have proof that you are time travelers."

"Well-" Chelsi began.

My P.O.V

Alois Trancy... wants to share a room with me...

"Oh Alex." I snap out of my daze and look at him.

"Do you need a bath?"

"Oh yes please I-"

"Ok, I'll have Claude set up a bath for the both of us."

"Onnnnnn second thought I'll take one later."

"Oh ok. I'll wait too-"

"No, you don't have to wait for me, please you can take a bath without me."

And there it is. That face.

That damn face he gives when something doesn't go his way.

No smile. Just a dead glare in his eyes full of lust... love... And pain.

"I... guess you can wait with me.."
