Groggily and steadily, you sat up, your eyes slowly opening with tiredness lacing every muscle. Emptiness... is that all the dream was? You couldn't remember very well, and you obviously didn't know where you were. It was foggy; hard to see.

With a grunt you stood at your feet, slightly stumbling since you hadn't used your body for a while. Where in the world were you? And where was your home? More importantly, what were you doing here? Questions filled your head, but one big question spoke out to you more than the others.

Who am I?

Those words spoke to you like a pan to the face, and you couldn't clearly remember who or what you were. Your name? At least a name, right? That should be one of the things you should at least remember..

You felt something clutch at your feet, tightly gripping on like they were hold on to dear life itself. But the raspy and scared voice of a once chipper and happy bunny rabbit told you that she was holding on for dear life.

"H—elp...m..e..."

Suddenly her grip got tighter and her expression more grim, her eyes wide and small prickles of what seemed to be tears were in her eyes. Her mouth was wide open, a death curdling scream escaped her lips as the view was as brutal as her scream.

And that bITCH-

She dragged you with her, and before you knew it, you were on the snowy ground being dragged to who-knows-where. The bunny-lady was flung up, then down, and that really shook her because then her grip on you faltered, and you hit the ground with a loud "oof!".

Even then, while you stood up on aching feet filled with adrenaline, you could hear the bunny-lady's frantic screaming, before you heard a loud 'CRACK' then the sound of something ripping.

Okay, now that's probably her flesh- You thought, running away as fast as you could. You almost ran into a Christmas tree, an inn building, even a bar. That's how foggy it was.

That's how unfamiliar it was.

You eventually made it to a fork in the road; two paths. One lead to a bright blue place and the other even more foggier than before. You decided to head forward instead of left, you told yourself you'd explore the other one once there wasn't a giant monster trying to tear you apart.

You had walked the path with large wooden trees, eventually making your way to a place with blue luminescent waters, and flowers that spoke in echoes. It was a beautiful place, and it was the most calm you could have been in that situation.

Suddenly, everything went black and white, and you could hear faint music play in the background. Huh, how weird. This never happened when⍓︎□︎◆︎ ⬥︎♏︎❒︎♏︎ □︎■︎ ⧫︎♒︎♏︎ ⬧︎◆︎❒︎♐︎♋︎♍︎♏︎. Odd.. you couldn't remember.

Suddenly, a heart shaped... thing came out of your chest, it was a nice Jade color. Or maybe that was sea foam green, you didn't know. It flashed blue for a few seconds before stopping at the blue color, becoming more heavy. Being thoroughly confused you tried to touch it, the heavily shaped thing felt soft, and you got a kick of adrenaline when you touched it.

But a few bones popping up from the ground had stopped you from touching the odd artifact. You had tried to dodge the bones, one scraping your hand, the other causing a bleeding wound on your calf.

Your reflexes need more work, haha..

You had fallen, getting back up on your feet as you saw blue dotted lines above the black marble-like floor. You dodged that area, the bones appearing there. At this point, you were even more confused than before, how? When? This wasn't a video game, it didn't tell you when and where... no way..

Then, you heard a familiar noise. The sound of something... charging up. Blue. You remember blue, smoke, and a hall. A very unfamiliar hall, something that was so far away, but so close..

You ducked, the heart shaped thing following you as the thing that was charging up, fired, a blue beam going atop of your head. You were close to being a dust pile by then.

The way you ducked was unnatural, because you never ducked this way, or you never remembered ducking this way in the past.. not that you remembered it.

The attacks stopped and you saw the rushing water become blue again, the colors starting to slowly become visible again. It took you a while to get adjusted to the vibrant colors again, but before you could even speak about how weird that was to yourself—and how familiar the attacks seemed—a low and familiar voice hit you in the head like a brick, and for some reason, you felt tears fall down your face when you saw the strange monster.

"Kid? Is that you?"

[Ending Author's Note]

It took me three days to get this chapter finished I'm so productive-

Anyway, welcome to me trying to make and finish yet another fanfiction! This won't get very far, and I'm personally fine with that. I have like,,,, zero writing skills, so I understand why this book wouldn't get any attention. uwu

800+ words for the prologue(not including this Author's Note). If I'm honest, I could have done better. :(

Either way, I hope you enjoyed this small chapter! It's no very well written, but I hope you enjoyed nonetheless.

Please don't be afraid to comment and tell me what you think!
