(( WARNING! THERE WILL BE GRAPHIC SCENES AND BLOOD ))

"Свяжи ее!

Tie her up. No, no don't. It hurts, the pain is unbearable. It's too much.

"Cпешка!"

Hurry. Why? What is going on? Please, let go!

"Стреляйте в нее, если она убегает,"

Shoot her if she runs away. Wait, no. Don't do that, it hurts. It always hurts.

"она не умрет,"

"She won't die."

You didn't even know how this had happened, how you had ended up here. You didn't know why needles were inserted into our veins, or why your body reacted to it with a fierce defense. The pulsating sound of blood rushing through the body suppressed all other, the desperate calls from two poor animals fell to deaf ears. You had to analyze the situation, to understand what was going on.

You had been out walking with Bucky that day, the man still doing his best to help you, to fill the shell that had become your body with life once more. He had left to go get something, you continuing alone as you knew he would find you again. He always did. No matter how far you had strayed he found you and brought you back. And suddenly, in what had sounded like a confined space. Maybe between two walls? You had been walking in the cozy downtown area of the town after all. You wondered how you had ended up here now, where no one could see you fight.

A sudden tug on your hair and the breath escaped from your chest. Were they trying to rip it out of your skull? That, or they were trying to lift you up by only the hair. The probability for the latter grew as you slowly felt your body being pulled off the hard asphalt. Your limps were weak and sluggish, like awakening from a deep slumber only they tried to put you in one. Without much force left in your being, you allowed yourself to be pulled along by the ruthless men around you. It sounded like they were a dozen at the least, the clinking of guns being cocked echoing and bouncing on the walls. It was a horrifying sound, soon to be joined by the shout of pain. If anything that had surprised you the most, because what other than you were here, fighting for you. A shriek that tore at your soul, ripping your heart to shreds as the promise you had made was broken. The shriek of a puppy in pain, one that had been kicked into the wall and laid unmoving with a hissing kitten as it's only protection.

How had you ended up here again? You remembered it clearly now. Hades and Persephone, the puppy and kitten you had opted to adopt, had been roaming free when Bucky left and you had allowed them to walk freely. When the three of you had walked past an alleyway the two had begun growling and hissing yet it was too late. They must be terrified, you thought. They must be hurt, you thought.

"Убейте их,

Kill them

A shiver crept up your spine as if Death itself had appeared and grippe your heart with its clammy cold hands. Goosebumps came to cover your skin and your hair stood on all ends. It was as if something snapped within you, like a thick chain that had held you underwater, drowning you slowly as all you could do was stare through the dark liquid as you sunk down farther and farther, the warmth of the sun fading. And suddenly you were free, but it was not the sun's heat that blessed your frozen being. No, for it was the burning inferno of rage and uncontrollable aggression that arose from within. You felt like had while chained to tables, when doctors had prodded your body with scalpels and needles, forced you to undergo the most horrible of torture, tearing your limbs from each other. The emotions you had locked up deep within were unleashed and your body became ours once more. Your hand reached out suddenly to the side, grasping the closest person you could find. You could feel the shocked expression underneath the palm, their head caught in your grip as the rest could only stare the millisecond it took for you to crush it underneath your fingers, leaving the mangled mess to fall by your side. Their screams echoed slowly around you as you moved, their movements much slower to yours. Were you human? No, not anymore. More like a beast described in the world's end, there make sure no life was to be found in the end. You felt the blood dripping down your chin as you had launched at another man, his throat between your teeth as you whipped your head back. The gurgling noises of his death alerted his comrades further, the force to have the entire neck ripped out being one of inhuman's. They gained their composure the third seconds of your attacks, their bullets raining over your body. It was as if they threw pebbles on you, their weaponry unable to pierce the skin. A scream sounded like music in your ears as you twisted an arm in your grip, the cracking of bones never stopping as you turned more and more before ripping it off. You felt warm liquid cascade over you but it wasn't bothersome. The only thing that mattered was to kill the ones that had hurt the ones you loved.

It did not take long to finish the battle. Barely a minute had passed and the walls were painted in crimson. If you had kept your gift of sight you would have seen how brutal the scene before you had become, however, you were rather sure it wouldn't have bothered you anyway. Bodies scattered as you kicked them asides, nose in the air and ears trying to pick up the sound of your beloved pets. Their soft whimpers soon found you and without hesitation, you quickly strode towards them. Their whimpers and cries of happiness as you pulled them into your embrace calmed you and the rage slowly calmed. However, you no longer felt dull. No longer emotionless as before. It was euphoric to feel again, yet you knew that the way you were now you were able to kill whenever you wanted. Maybe that's why you had shut yourself down, not to save yourself. But to save the world around you.

It did not matter now, as you smiled while Hades licked your cheek, and Persephone purred with all her might. It did not matter as you could hear rushed footsteps approaching and Bucky's frightened gasp. You knew he was staring at you, shaking, you could hear the trembling sound of his zipper and the metal plates in his arm moving suddenly. Had your hearing always been this well? It didn't matter.

"What did you do?" the question barely reached above a whisper but you heard it as clear as a scream of terror. It didn't matter, as you gently pet Hades' head and scratched Persephone's chin.

"What had to be done," you replied, smiling as Hades' barked softly.
