- You're okay? - I asked.

- Y-Yeah. I don't feel pain anymore. - Naruto said.

- Try to walk on the water again. - Jiraiya told him.

Naruto nodded and did as he said.

- W-What? I...I don't understand but...IT WORKED!!! - Naruto said excited.

I was now beside Jiraiya.

- What did you do? - I asked.

- He had a seal that wasn't supposed to be there. - he said.

- Orochimaru. - I said mad.

- How did you know? - he asked.

- Because he invaded the chunnin exams and put a curse mark on my pupil. I should have figured he would do something to Naruto as well. - I said.

- A cursed mark? - Jiraiya said.

I nodded.

- It's sealed now though. - I said.

He was looking at me intensively.

- What? - I asked.

- You're one of the survivors. - he said serious.

- So? - I asked.

- Where's the other one? - he asked.

- Training with Kakashi. - I answered.

- Let me guess, he's your pupil. - he said.

- Yes...Uchiha Sasuke is my pupil...he's the one whose Orochimaru wants to be his next body or vessel or whatever that creep pedo wants. - I said.

- I see. - he said.

- Can I ask you a favor? - I asked.

- What is it? - he asked.

- I was coming to see Naruto to talk to Ebisu about his training but...I'm actually glad that it's you now. I was thinking about teaching Naruto how to use the Kyuubi's chakra. - I said.

- I was also thinking about that. - he said.

- So can you help him out? I'll be here in case of something happens and I control it. - I said.

- Fine by me. - he said.

- Thank you...and sorry for trying to attack you but lately...it seems that these 2 are being chased by crazy people. - I said.

- So...where's Ebisu? - I asked.

He pointed at the top of the roof.
I sweatdropped.

- You knocked him out just like that, huh? - I said.

He chuckled.

- Oi, Naruto. Meet us here tomorrow. I'll teach something special, right now it's getting late. We're taking Ebisu. - Jiraiya said.

- Huh? Fine. - Naruto said.

- Go get some rest for tomorrows training. - I said.

I nodded.

- So you're not training Sasuke? - Naruto asked.

- Nope. This time it's Kakashi's turn. I'm with you this time. - I said.

- YAY!!!! - Naruto said and left all happy.

- He really likes you huh? - Jiraiya said.

- I was the only one who would talk to him and be with him when he was younger and everyone wanted him dead or out of Konoha. - I said.

- I see, well let's go. - he said.

*At the Roof of Naruto's House*

- Sorry about that Ebisu, taking your pupil from you. - Jiraiya said.

- Not at all! I was just surprised. Hokage-sama has been looking for you for a long time without even a trace, nobody expected you to be in this village. - Ebisu said.

- Nee Ebisu, for a strong guy you got knocked out pretty quickly. - I said amused.

- W-What?! He's a Sannin! - Ebisu said.

- So? Orochimaru's a Sannin as well and I was able to put him under a genjutsu. - I said casually.

- WHAT?! How?! - Ebisu asked.

- Really? - Jiraiya asked.

- Yeah, I mean it didn't take long for him to break out of it. - I said.

- Still, not bad. - Jiraiya said a bit impressed.

- You have the sharingan, it's different. - Ebisu said.

- That's your excuse for being knocked out? That you're not an Uchiha? - I said amused.

- You... - Ebisu said getting annoyed.

Jiraiya chuckled.

- For an Uchiha you're very relaxed and playful. - Jiraiya said.

- Both of my parents were playful, and only my father was an Uchiha. - I said.

- I know. - Jiraiya said.

I looked at him confused.

- It's because of Orochimaru - Ebisu started.

- No...sorry but that isn't why. I just came here to work on my novels. I'm the type that doesn't like to stick his neck into trouble. - Jiraiya said.

- Huh? - Ebisu said.

I looked at Ebisu and he was mad.

- You must understand! Against one of those 3 ninjas, Orochimaru, another of the 3 is needed! We NEED your strength Jiraiya-sama! - Ebisu said.

Jiraiya looked at him like what he asked wasn't nothing.

- You will figure something out. - Jiraiya said.

Ebisu looked down and went away.

- A bit rough, don't you think? - I told Jiraiya.

- As I said I'm not here for that. - he said.

- I don't care why you're here. - I said.

- You're different from them. - he said.

- Did you know my parents? - I asked.

- Your mother. - he answered.

I widened my eyes a bit.

- Do you know how to control it? - he asked.

I looked down...he knows too........how many know about this?

- No...she died before she could teach me how. - I answered sad.

- I see. I'm sorry for your lost. She was a great shinobi. - he said.

- Thank you...it's a shame that the Uchiha clan didn't see that way. - I said.
