Bailey walks down the hallway with a bright smile, his small hands wrapped around the straps of his backpack. He woke up this morning with the best mood ever and that sunny feeling had him skipping along the crowded corridor.

Some nosy students who loves to meddle with people's business gave him weird and judging looks but Bailey paid them no mind. He's used to it. He's used to them.

He's most probably on the top 10 list of the most hated and unappreciated student in Hilly Academy, he's aware. But does he care? Those nasty, hateful words and stares? Nope. He used to hate it but after some time, his fragile heart just became too used to it and decided to wear an unbreakable armor. Don't get him wrong though, bullying is still bullying and wrong is wrong but he just got tired of standing up for himself. It was of no use anyway, haters still gonna hate.

And Bailey is contented with the few true friends he had. There are three, Summer, Snow and Justine. Summer is Snow's sister who hated his name with passion because it was too girly for his liking, despite being gay himself. Justine is the overprotective lesbian friend who has a girlfriend named Alyson.

"HEEEEEY THERE, BAILEY BABY!" Bailey turned around and saw Snow running towards him with a huge ass smile. He gave Bailey a bone-breaking hug and kissed the top of his head. Snow isn't tall but next to Bailey, he's a giant even though he was only 5'4 in height. Bailey is a dwarf at 4'10. He stopped growing at 13.

"Hi Snowie! How are you?!"

"I'm fucking perfect, and you my boo?"

"Bailey is fine!"

After that they skipped to their first subject hand-in-hand. Bailey is closest to Snow, not only because they have the same classes but also because they were similar in a lot of things. Summer and Justine the supportive mothers he never had. Even though Justine acts more like a doting father.

"Okay class, I'm sorry this is sudden but we're gonna have to have another seating arrangement since we're just about to start another quarter." Their teacher announced suddenly, making the class groan in disappointment. They're gonna have to say goodbye to their seatmates who they had just warmed up to.

"Awww, what the fuck? Why would we need another arrangement?" Summer grumbled under her breath, she was Bailey's seatmate. Well now ex seatmate.

"Bailey doesn't understand either." He pouted adorably, his shoulder slumped down in disappointment.

"Oh sweetheart, you'll be fine. I'm sure your seatmate will love you!" Summer said, in attempt to cheer him up but Bailey knows better. He's not as stupid and naive as everyone puts him to be. He knows too well his seatmate would feel anything but love for him. But it's not like he has a choice.

After a few minutes, his friends already have their own seats and there were only five left standing, he was one of them. He could feel his mood being ruined. First, the news of new seating arrangement and now he was being put at the very back of the class. Is their teacher fucking stupid?! He's the shortest in class, for fuck's sake!

"Bailey, go sit next to Eros." The teacher said, gesturing at his new seatmate. He was put at the last row, one seat away from the window. Eros guys was seating there, glancing out the field in front of their building.

Bailey quietly sat down and didn't bother to look at his other seatmate because he was too busy staring at Eros. Of course, he knows the guy, they were classmates but he's never been this close to him and boy! He's so handsome! He couldn't help but to admire the greek-god like guy.

When Eros felt the hot gazes sent his way, he turned to his side and locked eyes with the cutest person he had ever seen in his entire fucking life. Who was this boy? How come he only noticed him now?! Was he a transferee.
