"he won't baby."
he was always my best friend, my person, like a brother to me.
but oh how one drunken night can change that.
i wake up to be faced with jack and lily sitting on the chairs in my room.
"hey guys." i say yawning.
they get up and come over to me.
"hey clar" jack says smiling.
"where's evelyn?" i say.
"the doctors took her to get her a new pair of clothes on, cause she spit up on her old ones, she should be back any second." he says and i nod.
"did it hurt?" jack asks.
i look at him straight in the eye.
"are you serious." i say.
lily laughs.
"i think she broke my hand, and she cursed out a doctor." lily says and her and jack laugh and i giggle.
the doctor comes in the room and places evelyn in my arms.
i kiss her on the head.
"hi evy." i whisper and she does a little smile as i kiss her cheek.
showing those beautiful dimples like her daddy.
it's funny actually, when i kissed nate on the cheek he did the same thing.
a tear goes down my face.
"you okay sis?" jack asks.
"she's just too cute." i say. it's true but their was another reason.
jack smiles. _
"you guys are good to go!" the nurse says.
"thank you for everything." i say holding on to the car seat with evelyn in it.
"no problem, it's my job! plus it's gonna be hard not seeing this cutie!" she says and plays with evelyn's hand.
i giggle and smile.
we say goodbye and i grab my bag and head out to the car.
i put evelyn's car seat in the back row of seats.
i get in the front and head home.
i go up to evelyn's room and change her and put her in her crib.

i hear evelyn crying from her room.
great. she's up.
i put my phone down and get off the couch and head up to her room and pick her up and cradle her.
"shh mommy's here." i whisper.
i take her downstairs and grab her bottle from the fridge.
i head to the couch and sit down and start feeding her when lily comes in the house.
"great your here!" i say.
"can you take her for a sec, i gotta go to the bathroom." i say and she nods.
i put her in her arms and give her the bottle and grab my phone and head to the bathroom.
before i walk in the bathroom my phone goes off.

i read the comment and my whole face goes white.
i quickly reply.
i say "no! it's my sisters daughter 😂😂"
i lie. i hope he believes me.
because i definitely do NOT i have a sister.
i let our a sigh and head back out to the living room and sit down next to lily and i watch how she feeds the most adorable baby ever who's going through her life so far with out a dad. _ i'm thinking of writing like 10 ish more chapters and then making a sequel? would you guys like that? cause i'm not 100% sure i'm doing it.
