Why does the ground keep shifting beneath me
Get comfortable with someone
But they turn their back
Do this, do that to stay on top of things
But the finish line keeps moving
Open up to friends
But realize it was a mistake
Just push and get through the day
But then I drown in the darkness of night
I've finally realizing that nothing will be enough
The ground will never stop shaking
