So hey guys, long time no see

So I've been off for a while, studying and things so sorry if you guys had to wait for a long time, I seriously didn't mean for it to be this long.

Anyway, since spring break is coming up, I'm going to be writing a lot more, so make sure you check every so often

Edit: okay I may be uploading this around two months after Spring break, sorry guys

Second edit: Okay, so maybe I'm posting this during the middle of June

Third edit: So.....I am so sorry for this, I had so many things going on in my life, and to be honest I never expected more people to read this story, but apparently there actually are people who do read this, so after a long awaited 6 months, and you can see how many times I tried to get this uploaded, presenting chapter 10

Ok, enough talking, time to read the story

This story belongs to Sarah j.Maas I claim no ownership over the characters from her story or anything else. Only the plot.

Cassian pov (Finally!)

"Nesta, try to use your muscles more" Cassian mocked

Nesta was panting behind him, sweat glistening from her forehead

"It would be-Easier--if you would slow DOWN" She said in-between breaths

Cassian smirked at her, his Illyrian wings spread across his back covering an impressive width and his seven siphons were gleaming in the sunlight

Muscles rippled all over him, and he looked like nothing less than an army was going to take him down.

Nesta, on the other hand did not look as menacing as before, unlike the usual flame in her eyes, she had no more of the anger and coldness that she had come with, and more of the haughty, hot headed features that they have come to know

She currently had on the standard Illyrian leathers,  something that Cassian had forced her to wear, almost tearing apart the House of wind when he had brought it to her.

Well she was anyway

Cassian was just watching from the sidelines, flying beside her and not bothering to hold his laughter in when he taunted from the sidelines

"A little faster dear, or we'll never get there before tomorrow"

Nesta finally tripped over another tree root for the umpteenth time, cursing while falling

"aghhh" she groaned as she just lay on the ground

Cassian's enthusiasm had not been reflected by Nesta in the slightlest

Cassian halted to a stop in midair and dropped down to the ground, his cocky grin never leaving his face "Something wrong Nes?"

And it was a wonder how Cassian didn't fall out of the sky from the glare she was giving  him

"Don't call me that you prick"

Cassian leaned down and lifted Nesta gently from the ground, her still thrashing around slightly, but depleted of all the strength she would have used

"Come on now, let's get you back to our camp site"

And, as Nesta really feel like running back anymore, she just stopped trying to get out of his grip

"Don't drop me, prick"

Rhysand pov

Rhysand was having the time of his life, drowning in problems.

Currently, the security breach has been the biggest issue overall, but the betrayal of Lucien is also a problem

Rhysand sighed, this was going to be a hell of a story to tell the citizens, and everyone was still recovering from the war, telling them right now would spread fear throughout the city

And that was what he was fighting to protect them against, so he could not stop.

And as a pair of worried eyes looked down from their bedchambers, he worked.

Feyre pov

Feyre frowned as she saw Rhysand continue through his work, and it was Rhysand looked like he could pass out any minute.

Feyre knew that she should offer help to her mate, but knowing all to well that she would most likely get rejected, she just waited.

Velaris currently had a snowstorm blowing through, and the white snow swirling outside the window in the darkness of the night contradicted the bright lights inside their home,

This would have brought their mood up normally, and they would have happily danced together under the stars, but alas that is but a dream.

The reality was, after their two guests had arrived, the Velaris citizens had been more concerned as ever, and the breach in safety concerned them even more, and some even questioned whether Velaris was safe anymore.

Feyre walked in to the room,  but Rhysand didn't even acknowledge her as he was deep in thinking, until Feyre wrapped her arms around him.

Rhysand looked at her, and saw a ghost of a smile dancing on her lips

She whispered quietly, through the silent night

"Don't worry, we will all make it and I will always be with you"

And with that, she stayed with him the entire night, the flames of the lamps providing their flickering warmth.

Hey guys, so after 6 months, I finally decided to continue my story, and don't worry I didn't die. I did plan to place it on abandoned multiple times since I had so much work in school, but I just felt like I couldn't do it to you guys.

The support has been crazy, and I am sorry to each and every one of you guys that I did not continue the story.

I am still going to continue this story, and I will see to it that I end this series fully, at this point it could go well over 30 chapters.

I will also be most likely starting a new book, most likely a fantasy story, but you guys can request story ideas, and I actually encourage that

So leave comments on what you think it should be about, and note that it will not be a fanfiction but a story entirely owned by myself.

So in the longest time
