Do you think the more we sit here, the more it will fade away?
The coloured world we once knew
Will it fade to monotone?
Do you think the more we lie here, the more it will fade away?
The dreams we once had
We're we just young and naïve?
Do you think the more we rest here, the more it will fade away?
The scars. The scars we have now.
Will they always be with us?
As time goes by
As time forever will
Will we still be broken
Will we be fixed
Or will we become more and more
Bruised
Dilapidated
I feel so helpless
It's not the case of the world is fading
WE are all fading
From red to grey
From pink to white
From crimson to black
It's happening quicker
It's all being robbed from me, as I sit and stare.
Forever stare. Forever and eternity.
I'm slowly turning into a statue
Not me
We
We all are
Will it get better?
Tell me
I'm begging you
Tell me
I just want to know
I can't
Live life
Not knowing
If it's all downhill
Just tell me.
Because I'm so lost
Lost
