Missing You
I met you in the dark,
You lit me up.
And you are the only one,
Who's good enough.

I remember those
good old days,
When you made me laugh,
In a million ways.

But one fine day,
You left me all alone.
And all I could say was,
Please don't go.

Let the world catch fire,
Let the sky fall through.
I'll always be there,
Missing you.

Remember Me
Remember me,
Though I have to say goodbye.

Do not stand beside my corpse and cry.
For I am not there, I did not die.

I am the summer wind that blows.
I am the tiny snowflake touching you, when it snows.

You & me are for eternity,
Death is just an absurdity.

So remember me,
Cause our love will never die.

Too many song references in this one. Listen to the song above, it's magical, especially the humming part. 😊

I still don't believe we reached #2 in Poetry! I am thankful to everyone who made it possible for me. ❤️
