when we reached the restaurant after Mani finally finished getting ready we got out of Dinah's limo and headed for the door when my phone vibrated. I pulled it out to see I had a message.

I smiled at my dork of a girlfriend and put my phone back in my pocket and made my way inside with Mani.

Normani's P.O.V

this place was nothing short of beautiful,I'm so glad Lauren brought me here. when we got in we where escorted to a small little table in the centre of the room,no sooner than we had sat down Lauren said she had to use the bathroom so she left and I picked up my phone to check Twitter. a couple of minutes later I heard someone approach the stage but didn't pay attention until I heard them speak and instantly got chills as the crowd began to roar. "Hey guys,so as you know even tho I own this place I don't come often as I'm more invested in my fashion and I don't wanna show you guys up" "get on with it hansen" someone who was clearly regular shouted and she giggled and continued. "but today I wanted to do perform something for a special someone who is here today and well I hope she likes it" she smiled at me and my heart skipped a beat,my mouth dropped when the music began to play and her beautiful voice filled the room.
