Let's carry on My theory is that after Ms. Bitch she did experiments to keep her self young forever, but failed and Mr K spent hid life trying to 'Zombieland Saga' her and left the job to Okuda, who worked it out but died before being able to carry it out. So some centuries later, one of Okuda's descendants works it out and gives our Bitchy professor back, because of the quirk thing she grew up with a quirk, but stayed true to her bitchy self!
