It was just any other day, I woke up around 9 and went to the bathroom. Obviously I was a mess, that's just how I am when it comes to mornings.  My raven black hair was everywhere, my sea green eyes were dull and half closed with sleep. For a 17 year old I woke up at a pretty good time. I used the bathroom, brushed my teeth, and took a shower. I threw on a blue green shirt that matched my eyes, and a pair of denim jeans. To top it off was my favorite black hoodie since it was a little chilly outside. I walked back into my room, it had blue wallpaper, and a queen sized bed. I had a desk with a blue and black chair, and that was pretty much it. My mother called me to the kitchen for breakfast, a slice of bread with a fried egg. Grabbing my skateboard which was blue with a green skull, I said good bye, and left the house at 10 to go to the skate park. My father had died when I was three, so I didn't really remember him. However, according to my mother and confirmed by many pictures, I was an exact copy of him. He had sea green eyes with many layers in them, raven black hair that was always messy, and was tall. He wasn't that tall but he wasn't medium or short either. My mother on the other hand had soft brown eyes, short in height, and had dirty blonde hair. She always told me I reminded her of my father. I had reached the skate park, and went over to the quarterpipe, to do some flips. I went over to the grind rail where I met my friend Lance. He was a blonde, with startling blue eyes that didn't match his personality, and he was a bit shorter than me.  He was cool, and had taught me half the tricks I knew on my board. "Hey man", I shouted over. He whipped around and grinned, "Where you been, Perseus?" I hadn't been coming to the skatepark for a few weeks. "just taking a break", was my reply. "Let's hit the bowl then, what are we waiting for?" As he said that he started walking backwards to his destination and suddenly took off running.
