Farrah's POV

Jackson, Max, Ramona, Dj and I ran into the house, cheering. We had just finished watching Jackson's football game, where scored the winning field goal.

"Yes! My boyfriend kicked the winning field goal." I cheered

"Yay!" Tommy cheered, grabbing my arms and swinging them around

"Oh, why'd you have to wake up the babies, huh?" Jessie asked, as I hugged Jackson for the hundredth time

"Oh, Sorry, But it was so worth it. We were down by one, and the whole game was riding on my golden toed boy, and he did it. And now my alma mater is going to the playoffs for the first time since I was there." Dj cheered

"That's great." Jessie smiled

"Woah, wait, wait. They had football back then? Was your mascot a real live dinosaur?" Max asked, making me cringe internally.

"You would be in so much trouble if you weren't the brother of the star of the football team." Dj said

"Wait. Now I'm the underachieving brother? This must be what it feels like to be Jackson. Uhh." Max groaned, making me laugh

"Oh, I was so proud of him, and I just wanted to run onto the field and hug my baby." Dj smiled, hugging Jackson

"And that's when we tackled her." Ramona said

"And the whole team, they carried him off the field on their shoulders." I remembered

"It's true. I could see the coach's bald spot." Jackson laughed, feeling pretty proud of himself

"You were pretty cool under pressure." Ramona complimented

"Wh—pressure? Oh, my golden toed boy doesn't feel any pressure. Right, Jackson?" Dj asked

"You know it. I see the ball, I kick the ball. And then I listen for the cheers." Jackson said

"Unless you miss, and then all you hear are boos." Ramona said

I got bored of the conversation and headed for the kitchen so I could make a snack.

"Ooh. Food." Jackson squealed, running after me.

"Hey, Jackson, The Chronicle named you Player of the Week." Dj said, interrupting my snack making

"That's great." I smiled

"The Chronicle? Is that a Batman villain?" Jackson asked

"No, it's San Francisco's newspaper." Dj said

"I liked it better when a Batman villain named me Player of the Week." Jackson said, "Why is everyone making such a big deal?"

"Because it is a big deal. And we're playing our arch rivals, Potrero High." Dj said
