MYSELF

I saw how you walk in the crowd halls.
Your beauty shines like the Niagara falls.

Time stopped, everyone stares at you.
Like a rainbow,They enjoy the 'nice view'

I really don't know what I'm feeling.
Seeing you starts my heart beating.

Euphoria painted my wounded sorrow.
For the cupid strikes with his red arrow.

It made my world spinning around.
Like I'm riding in the merry go round.

You passed through me like a shadow,
ignoring my existence with the hollow.

I don't know if you're blinded by fame.
I couldn't blame you, what a shame.

You're popular and have a rich friends.
While I was a plain nerd, out of trend.

In my eyes, you're the 'northern lights'
Anticipating me with a blissful sights.

Like a far away star, I couldn't own you.
Up in the skies, it's too good to be true.

Every day you made my world shine.
Hoping that someday you'll be mine.

Like a forgotten book in the dusty shelf.
I rather keep those 'feelings' by myself.

A/N: Hi! This poem reflects who am I before back in highschool. I have a crush back then but I have no courage to tell how I really feel to her.

So I ended up writing it in poetry.

Hope you like this simple piece.
