- JOE'S POV - I woke up with Demi's arm wrapped around my torso. I slowly looked at my watch so I wouldn't wake her. It was 10:30. I knew we should get up but I didn't want to wake her up. She looked so angelic. So peaceful. But I knew my dad would be knocking on our door any second. So I nudged her a little and whispered in her ear. "baby, we gotta wake up." she hesitated for a second but finally sat up. I pulled her close to me and kissed her forehead. "come on, baby." "okay okay, I'm up." we both got out of bed. I grabbed my t-shirt and threw on my flannel. Now I just have to wait for Demi to put on the makeup that she doesn't even need. I tell her she looks fine without it but she won't listen. She just says 'ew are you kidding me?' or 'stop lying, joe.' but I just ignore it cause I know I'll never win that battle. A half hour later she was ready. "just wait here. Im gonna check on my dad." "okay."
