I can't even begin to explain how grateful I am for everything. Words cannot be put together to make you all understand how truly amazing each and everyone of you are. From the first reader to now the one millionth, you all hold a special place in my heart.
When I first published Detention Club onto Wattpad, I really didn't expect much. Every book that I had previously published never gained the attention I wanted it too and I was always left disappointed. Those books ended up being deleted and forgotten about because they quickly fell flat.
But even with the first chapter, Detention Club easily rose within the Wattpad community and it's all thanks to all of you. When I first hit one thousand reads, I was shocked and then ten thousand and then we were featured and then one hundred thousand... And now one million reads. It's crazy to see the '1M' on my profile, on something I have written because I never thought I would have been able to achieve something this amazing. I know Detention Club isn't the greatest book out there (trust me, I do) but it's definitely the one that has shown me I can be successful with this passion.

To celebrate one million reads, I've decided to create merch for the book which has been super exciting! There isn't a lot on my Teespring account now but with time there will be. This isn't a way for me to make money off of you but a way for me to give back to anyone who is a fan of the book. I've often gotten requests to make merch or even write an Episode version of the book and this was honestly the next (and easiest) best thing.
